Chapter 74: Chloe Looks at Art
Author's Note: I apologize for the absence I shall try to make up for it with some extra chapters.
"Ready." She asked then walked past him to where her coat was waiting, and he was able to see her back with the thick leather strap that crossed from her shoulder to the middle of her opposite side with the rest of her back open and bare. She heard him clear his throat, and she slid her coat on then headed to the elevator.
The studio was near Willows Creek where Chloe had gone to the spa. It was a very elegant modern room that was brightly lit with a white metal staircase in the back and industrial double doors next to the stairs. The stairs led to a small loft area that was over the doors and whatever was beyond them. The loft had a small sitting area all in white.

When Chloe woke up the next morning Liam was gone, and so were the handcuffs. She pulled herself together, took a shower, got dressed in one of the few outfits she had left out then grabbed her phone off the charger now fully charged and left for work. She texted Kendra telling her she'd call during lunch then she told Michael not to let anyone in her office where she held herself up and spent the whole first half of the day reorganizing all of Jane's files since the whole system was a mess."Don't let Jane touch these.
