What had happened to Hybrid Antara and Luna Divandriya was the result of the werewolf system formed in Liberty City created by Demon Ahriman to choke all the werewolves' necks.

Now have you ever wondered what happened to the world if COVID-19 kept on getting worse?

This book is one of the stories that possibly happened in the future…

The year 2055 was the result of the pandemic becoming worse. It was 33 years after the seventh wave of Covid-19 hit.

The world didn't have humans anymore because Demon Ahriman broke loose from hell as he brought darkness and chaos to humankind. He was said to be the root of disappointment, strife, and confusion.

He was the one who whispered all the greedy feelings to humans with souls.

The more humans' souls were corrupted with greediness, the more their souls became tasty for Ahriman. Their souls were the source of Ahriman's life for thousands of years, he was one of the immortals.

Indeed, demons ate souls.

Then there was Demon Akheron who was said to be the savior of humankind. He tried to restore balance by spreading the werewolf virus so that humans could fight demons.

He did that because he was the one who lifted human souls from death to hell before they could go to heaven.

Demon Akheron was the Guardian of the Sabbatical Valley, he was a proud higher demon and the oldest of the princes of hell.

Demon Akheron fed on the proudness of werewolves. He reigned in Sabbatical Valley as well.

The Sabbatical Valley was a place between the packed Liberty City full of werewolves and lesser demons who fought each other and the gate to hell.

There in the Sabbatical valley, the werewolves could find Akheron and ask for anything as a change for something. The ‘anything’ usually turned into proudness that in the end fed by Akheron himself.

Anything he could do, only going to heaven that he couldn’t do.

Heaven must take the worthy souls of werewolf used-to-be-humans if the creatures of heaven thought that the soul was worthy enough. How the souls could become worthy of heaven? Only God knows how.

If God still exists.

The secret society between the werewolves who still thought that they were still humans still kept their faith in God. Their God seemed to never exist and acted blind when Ahriman broke loose from hell.

Some in the society thought that Akheron was God’s hand himself.

Thus, Akheron was called the savior of humanity for spreading the werewolf virus so the rest of the humans who survived the pandemic, could fight the lesser demons wandering on the face of the earth. To be precise, ruled the Liberty City of werewolves, the only surviving city on earth.

In Liberty City ruled by money owned by the demons’ club, one of the richest clans of werewolves was the Sommerset clan.

The Alpha, Alpha Antara believed to have Luna from the Divine clan, Divandriya.

Alpha Antara could have anyone as his Luna, but he chose Divandriya from the Divine clan because they were childhood friends and Divandriya had been suffering as the black sheep of her family.

They had been friends even before they could change into their wolves.

Alas! One day Alpha Antara said that he had to go to hell to see Demon Anwir to settle the matter about his family's debt since his father had died. But for three years, Alpha Antara didn't come back, he might be trapped in hell.

Divandriya was left to fight her own battle to survive in her evil family. Meanwhile, Alpha Antara was left in hell prisoned by Demon Anwir who went back to Liberty City and impersonated Antara.

Demon Anwir wanted to take Divandriya as his own. He thought that he had the right to take anything that belonged to Alpha Antara since Alpha Antara’s family was in debt to his demon’s club.

But Alpha Antara from the Sommerset clan wasn’t alone in hell. He had help and he was able to get back to Liberty City.

Moreover, was because Alpha Antara had been hiding as a Hybrid all his life in Liberty City. He hid his true form as a Hybrid, half-werewolf, and half-demon, to be able to be accepted in his Sommerset clan to be the alpha.

Only his mother knew that Antara was a hybrid and she taught him how to hide his demon form, including his green demonic eyes that only Demon Akheron himself had the same eyes.

When Hybrid Antara went to hell and saw Demon Akheron by himself, he finally understood the reason Demon Akheron planted his seed in the lowest creature in the food chain, the werewolves.

Hybrid Antara was Demon Akheron's son himself.

There was some wisdom in Demon Akheron's doing that no other creature on earth understood what he was doing. He played wisdom with the mask of evil.

A typical demon who had lived for thousands of years since the creation of the earth. Beyond his evil doings, laid the wisdom only old and misunderstood souls comprehended the meaning of his true actions.

Along with Hybrid Crystal who trained Hybrid Antara as her apprentice to be able to be strong enough to fight Demon Anwir, Demon Akheron himself gave him his blessings and that each time Hybrid Antara needed help, he could help him.

That was the reason Demon Akheron planted his seed in the werewolf clan, left alone Hybrid Antara. So that one day, he could create a tool to erase his youngest brother, Demon Anwir from the earth because he had caused enough trouble that Demon Akheron himself didn't like what Demon Anwir had been doing.

The worst thing Demon Anwir had done was impersonated Demon Akheron as the guardian of Sabbatical Valley.

In his disguise as Demon Akheron, Demon Anwir accepted many requests from the werewolves who asked for 'anything' in a return for 'something'.

If it was Demon Akheron himself, this 'anything' could manifest as proudness, the 'something', and the feelings of pride themselves were the source of food for Demon Akheron. He was indeed the demon of proudness.

He fed on the proudness of the werewolves.

But since it was Demon Anwir who impersonated Demon Akheron, Demon Anwir had been deceiving werewolves. As a change for 'anything', he took 'something' dearly to the werewolves who asked for help from Demon Akheron.

While Demon Akheron fed on the feelings that naturally were there in the werewolves' minds, in the end, Demon Akheron didn't bring any chaos or trouble to the werewolves, Demon Anwir kept on making werewolves suffer.

Thus Demon Anwir created the demon's clubs so that the werewolves would always suffer.

As Demon Anwir was the demon who fed on envy, having clubs that tortured the lives of werewolves, was never enough for Demon Anwir because he always envied others, including Demon Akheron who lived in peace in Sabbatical Valley and hell.

It was the reason Demon Anwir impersonated Demon Akheron, also to make the werewolves didn't want to believe in Demon Akheron anymore as their savior. All was because Demon Anwir envied Demon Akheron, his true form of evil, envied everyone.

That was also the reason Demon Anwir lured Hybrid Antara's family to be in debt to his demon's clubs. Besides he wanted Hybrid Antara's Luna which was Divandriya, Demon Anwir also found out that Hybrid Antara was Demon Akheron's son.

In his wildest mind, Demon Anwir wanted to plant his seed as well in the werewolf system.

He thought that he could bring more chaos among the werewolves if he had a child just like Demon Akheron had Hybrid Antara.

One thing that Demon Anwir didn't know to have a child of his own using the werewolf vessel was that he had to have help from magic, and that demon could never take the form of werewolf in a long time because demons were like shapeshifters.

They were always shifting for a certain amount of time.

To have a child of their own, a demon had to be in one form for quite a long time, which was impossible to do. Thus Demon Anwir didn't know that he was going to fail, even though he tried to mate with Divandriya.

Another thing Demon Anwir forgot was that the child should be a product of love, thus the soul of a werewolf could emerge in a vessel of a child. A product of forced mating would never bear a child, not even a hybrid.

He didn't have enough knowledge because he didn't know what had happened among the werewolves. How the system of the werewolf ran in the clans.

A werewolf clan in that time was a big family by blood.

There were Alpha, Beta, Omega, Rogue, and many more decided by the strength to determine their ranks. Still, the Alpha should be at least the richest in the family.

Because that was how Liberty City created the system for the werewolves.

In one clan, there was the Alpha, Beta, Omega, Delta, Salutary, Sentinel, Elder, Hunters, Scouts, Guardians, pups, and those who were exiled were considered as rogues.

Besides in the clan themselves, werewolves clans could also be called as Alpha clan, Beta clan, and so on. The Alpha clan was the richest. It can be said that inside the Alpha clan, the members were the richest and the strongest.

The Alpha of the Alpha clan was usually the son of the Alpha, the strongest and the richest in the family. One of the Alpha of the Alpha clan in this Liberty City was the Alpha Antara from the Sommerset clan.

Sommerset clan was the richest and the strongest. Then the second clan which could be called Beta clan was the Edmund clan.

The Alpha of the Edmund clan was Bryan. Sometimes Bryan stayed for quite a while in the Sommerset clan to be with Alpha Antara.

Bryan Edmund was the example of Alpha from the Beta Edmund clan who spent most of his time with the Alpha clan. He was the rock to Alpha Antara.

Beta Bryan always wanted to see Alpha Antara and Luna Divandriya to be together always, because he had known them even before they had changed into wolves.

Although Alpha Antara was the fastest who had his first turn into wolf when he was 10 years old because he was an Alpha among the alphas, he had never, not even once bragged about his power of being an Alpha, let alone his true identity as a hybrid of half-werewolf and half-demon.

Besides the Alphas and the Betas, a clan also had healer such as Diana Roos who was a best friend of Luna Divandriya. Each time Luna Divandriya hurt by her evil family, Diana was always there to heal her.

Since Diana and Beta Bryan were lovers, Bryan always gave the report to Alpha Antara that made him want to help Divandriya.

That was the start of Alpha Antara took an initiation to go to see Demon Akheron to seek for help to free Divandriya from her evil family, besides in secrecy, Alpha Antara also had debts to Demon Anwir.

All Demon Anwir knew was that his demon clubs only attracted werewolves who wanted to be rich or stayed to be rich. Being rich was the requirement to be able to survive in Liberty City.

If a werewolf clan was poor, the members of the clan would be thrown out of Liberty City and when they approached the Sabbatical Valley, it would be even harder to survive because the demons that wandered in the Sabbatical Valley were lesser demons who killed any werewolves on sight. These demons had hideous appearances that were unworthy to be called God's creatures.

If God ever existed.

Thus in the Sabbatical Valley, many werewolves were killed and their souls were taken by Demon Akheron to be put in hell. Only a few with pure souls, good deeds, and hearts, while they were still werewolves in Liberty City, were suddenly taken to Heaven by unknown light when Demon Akheron was delivering them to hell.

The sight was absurd because it looked like they were kidnapped from their packs to be brought to Heaven by unclear light. To Demon Akheron himself, this phenomenon was still alien to him.

Especially when the light from Heaven sometimes hurt him.

All he knew was that Demon Akheron was the creature of darkness in hell and that the light of Heaven could hurt him as Heaven's light was the weakness of all the demons, including Akheron himself.

He always thought that beyond his great power in Sabbatical Valley and hell, there was still greater power like what he always experienced when Heaven's light took some of the werewolves' dead souls.

This was also the reason he tried to put wisdom in his evil doings.

Demon Akheron thought that, in the end, after all the chaos and the darkness, the rightful place was in Heaven itself. And he also wondered if he would end up in Heaven or if he would be forever in hell.
