Amber's P.O.V I look up into Jacks eyes, feeling fear immediately strike my body as I see the blatant anger written on his face. "Yeah, let's go this is such a waste of time." Violet speaks out in annoyance as she agrees with Jack. My eyes disconnect from Jacks before focusing on Jovana. I watch as Zac continues to try and calm her down as she stares at jack with pure hatred. "Amber's coming with me Jack!" Jovana calls out from behind Zac as she looks down at his hold on me. "You sound really stupid right now." Jack calls out before disregarding her statement and looking down at me. Before he has the opportunity to say anything, I immediately speak up in order to defend Jovana's statement in fear of being around him. "I have to go with jo, I promised her that I'd drive her back to her dorm." I defend. Jacks eyebrows scrunch together in a genuine state of confusion as he listens to me speak.

Amber's P.O.V I turn off the hot water before stepping out of the shower and wrapping myself in the towel sitting on Jacks bathroom counter. Once I was completely dry, I then exit jacks bathroom, allowing the steam filling the air to spill into Jacks bedroom. My hands tighten the towel around my body as I walk over to Jacks dresser in order to find something to lounge in. I dig around in Jacks drawers before pulling out a pair of boxers and a long tee shirt. After I've settled on my chosen outfit, I then begin to dress myself before going over to Jacks bed. My body climbs into his sheets, making myself comfortable as I focus my attention on the black screen hanging on the wall before me. I wonder what movie we should watch. Amber's P.O.V After finding myself going down a wormhole of thoughts regarding Jack, I force myself to focus on something else; no longer wanting my negative assumptions to consume me. I begin to focus my attention on the screen in front of me, allowing the remote to help guide me through different movie selections. My finger clicks through every horror movie, having me find nothing of interest. A slight sigh escapes my lips as I navigate my way through different movie options. After not finding anything that interests me for a few minutes, I finally click out of the N*****x application before going onto peacock. Once the app finally loads, the movie The Notebook comes up in my suggestions, catching my eye. I can't believe I've never seen this movie I click on the movie before going to watch the trailer in order to contemplate whether or not I wanted to watch it. Amber's P.O.V I slowly raise my hand to knock on the door, feeling guilt arise within me as I wait for Gianna to let me in. After a few moments of silence, the door finally opens; revealing Gianna behind it. "I'm so sorry! I keep forgetting to bring my key, I promise I'll do better." I express as Gianna opens the door wider for me to come in. "It's okay, I was just getting ready for bed. If you came any later then I may have just let you sit out there." She jokes, allowing a small laugh to escape her lips as I close the door behind me. A soft smile spreads across my lips as I begin to make my way towards my side of the room. "Hey... about earlier today, I'm so sorry about Jack and making you feel as if you needed to leave. That wasn't right so I really do apologize." Amber's P.O.V I immediately look over at Gianna, to see her looking at me with an amused expression. My eyes widen at her in fear, in order to express my sense of uncertainty with this situation. "Okay class, you may now meet with your partners to discuss this assignment. You will have the rest of class today to discuss and collaborate with your partners so please use your time wisely." The professor speaks before sitting herself down at her desk. The entire class starts getting up from their seats in order to find their partners, smiling and conversing amongst one another while I remain stationary in my seat. Amber's P.O.V I immediately walk towards the elevator in the lobby as I enter Jo's dorm building. Once I'm now standing infront of the sliver doors, I then click on the up button and await for the doors to open. After a few minutes of standing patiently, the doors to the elevator eventually open, granting me access to the space. My finger presses on the fourth floor before watching the doors close shut after me. The elevator begins to slowly lift up, before eventually stopping and showcasing the floor in which Jovana resided on. Amber's P.O.V I bring myself to the edge of the pool, before slowly stepping into the water. Once my entire body was completely submerged in the water, I begin to swim over to the three girls.
