While every member of the army was working hard to build their future home, there were two shiny cocoons in the middle of their lot guarded by rats and their little golems. They were Lorne mowers II and Ben Dover II, and as their mothers, were brood mothers too. David needed tanks and attackers to start hunting, and the solution was simple: plated rhinos and blood vultures. Bone vultures would not be as useful as their red cousin, so Upton was spared of the role.
When they broke free of their crystal prison, they started to produce two eggs right away. David's contract with the Chief stipulated that they were going to feed 200 of his critters, but there wasn't a limit to how many he can have. He Just needed a reliable food source to feed the rest. And that reliable food source would come very soon with the new druidic spells: Voice of the forest and Poem of roses.[Poem of roses: Increase the size of flowers and roots 25 meters around the user. (55 AF) (3 hours, 30 mJust as the Chief finished brawling with a 6-meters tall six-armed ape, he caught a helmet made out of green crystal that someone threw in his direction. He wore it and tapped at the right side of it as if he was activating a communicator."I want a full report of the situation." Spoke the Chief in a solemn tone just before throwing a punch against a sneaky greater chameleon. "Dance of thorns." He whispered before gray-colored thorned vines popped from the ground and trapped the reptile, a nearby member of the tribe decapitated it with a sword."Yes, Chief." Answered a calm, feminine voice, there was a lot of noise on the other side of the call as well, mostly screeches and the buzz from insect wings. "The swamp front is full of insectoids and reptiles, and some amphibians appear sometimes, but they refuse to engage with our forces because they would be vulnerable to their predators.""The members of the tower are making their golems patrol the streets! So far, three
Just as the charm spell started to run out and the warriors began to sustain more injuries from the attacks of the reptiles, a pair of gargoyles dropped from the sky carrying a 2-meter tall cocoon in their arms and heavy bags on their backs. A cord connected the bags to the chrysalis, and a set of runes glowed on its surface surrounding a palm print. The Leader smiled when she saw the golems, approached them, and put her palm on the print. "This is Benedictia, Captain of team D, and the supervisor of the acid swamp front. I authorize the release of the Excalibur, and I will be responsible for its integrity."The golems nodded and tapped the runes while she was still touching the print, then they severed the cord connecting to their bodies, losing all of their power. The cocoon crumbled, and a standing humanoid with a pair of white curved horns remained in its center. It had plant fibers covering its body and head like a second set of muscles. Tempered crystal armor
David tried his best to involve himself with the fight, but the enemies were too high level. Not even his strongest attacks could make a single digit of damage, much less kill anything. He tried to get a hold onto the bows, crossbows, and even the blowpipes that the warriors were using, but it was futile because they didn't let his units get close to them. "How can i do this, then?" Whispered David as he looked at the quest that appeared when the Chief made that bombastic entrance.[Incursion in progress!][The allied settlement "Winged skull tribe" is under attack!][You can receive rewards depending on your contribution.][Time remaining: 00:00:02:22:54:03]He tried to get more contribution by sending his rats to repair weapons, carry ammunition, and do some first aid to people that would likely survive. But he knew that wasn't enough. He needed to do something more meaningful in these three days that the attack would last, sadly his resources were p
Even if the brutal arrows were a needed discovery, it didn't change the fact that the two fronts were currently losing terrain. The crocodiles and the treants approached the village every second, and their threat rose with every step. They couldn't neglect the Bugs and the trees either. If a warrior made a mistake, then not even their blood would remain.
Life, nobody knows how or why it came to be. Some people say that when the right elements at the right time collided with each other, the first and the most simple organism was born. Others think that an eternal and everlasting God created everything that existed. But there was an undeniable fact that everyone agreed on after countless years of quarrels and discussion. It began in the most humble of ways: a unicellular organism.
"You've been playing for a lot of time!" Alex appeared out of nowhere, frightening David. "The doctor recommends starting returning to reality now and then to let your body heal up properly, do you want to get up now?" He asked innocently, sitting on his little cloud."Yes...I want to get out to get some fresh air for a bit, but next time try to be less subtle with your approach." He said, standing up from his chair and sighing. "I'll relay some orders and log out, then.""Understood!" The boy disappeared in a puff of smoke, leaving David all alone again. "Okay, let's settle this, then."---Andrew reached the hospital when the message reached him. He was wearing a simple white shirt and a pair of black jeans. His hair was still a bit messy and wet and forgot to shave his beard in his hurry. He sat on one of the chairs of one of the VR rooms a couple of minutes later.
The police used the time that David was resting out of the capsule to interrogate him and tell him the news. He was in disbelief, not expecting the woman to jump out of the window. With all the time she worked with them, she never let any depressive or suicidal tendencies. After the officer left his room, David sighed and frowned. After leaving his condolences to the family, he tried to distract himself by chatting with his brother. A couple of hours later, After drinking soup for lunch and talking with his family, David returned to SSO.---

There were three main factions in Terra Prime: The Allied Nations, the United Front, and the Merchant's Guild. The AN, and the UF expressed different ideologies to their population and made up reasons to attack their neighbors,
As the efficiency of the tribe and the minions grew, the Forest began to feel threatened by their existence. At first, they didn't pose much threat because their weapons were not that impressive, coupled with their limited numbers and shabby strategies. However, the arrival of the army and the creation of Genesis began to give them dangerous ideas. The first raid was to test the waters, see how dangerous they were and how much firepower they could pack. After getting a good idea about how to proceed, the Forest prepared their execution with more numbers and taking out their weakest link first: Genesis. But the development that they had in just three days was too much for it to process.
The fight raged for what seemed like an eternity. David thanked that he was in a virtual space, or he would have lost his throat at this point. Numerous corpses piled up just to be burned with fire magic before the ghosts could take them and add more chaos. The numbers consistently dropped from his combatants, with a sigh, he decided it was enough."Scouts, request back-up from the tribe."The scouts silently agreed and made their way back to the tribe, avoiding as much combat as they could. David nodded and returned his attention to the bat
The [drunk] state lasted for 4 hours before changing to [hangover], halving their max stats for ten more hours before vanishing. David didn't mind it too much and let the dozen affected soldiers rest properly before the big fight that followed soon after.[Incursion in progress!][Your town "Genesis" is under attack!]
The researchers spent 3 hours trying to make heads and tails of the drawings that David drew on the ground. David guided them to accelerate the process, but he couldn't help with most of it. He could possess them in turns, but that would deplete their energy before getting anything done. When the blueprints were finished and more finely painted on a patch of leather, the architects began their job. The squirrels, rats, and the apes that broke out of their cocoon began to carve the bloodwood. But David stopped the apes from doing it. Their low crafting levels made the products too crude to function, and instead, he made them go with the other crafters to grind.Another welcomed addition was a new magical device that the tribe invente
David returned his attention to Genesis when the army safely returned to their home. Almost all of them immediately went for the kitchen searching for, but it wasn't ready yet. David looked over the kitchen and saw the cooks frantically trying to keep up with the demand for soup and meat."Keep it up, boys, I don't know why did you take so long to start but next time, try to be ready."The cooks nodded and continued their work. David smiled and shook his head before redirecting his attention to the army's stats. After a while, he nodded."Earl, search for the tribe, we need to make a deal."The banshee nodded and entered the skull tribe with haste. While Earl was in his little mission, David looked over the architects."First thing on the To-do list. Possession, Architect 1."[Warning! While David was having the battle of his life, back in Genesis, things quieted down. After the rescue team left, the usual noises from the minions disappeared from the town. In this quietness, Cook 1, a squirrel of the first generation of the army cooks, was bored in the kitchen. His job was to purify swamp water using a high reactive aquamarine before making soup. When there were no supplies, he had to skin the carcasses and peel the vegetables with his other 11 colleagues. It was a grueling task, but one that he gladly did, as it was a command by the great voice. He saw a grey fire materializing in front of the kitchen, but he remained calm. Cook 8 pulled a rope inside the building, and a sound similar to a bell resounded. Just be
The enemy wolves were 28 without counting the boss, while David had 50 at his disposal. However, even if he almost doubled them, he knew he had a tough fight ahead. His team consisted of 20 Plated rhinos, 10 Blood rats, 10 Bone squirrels, 5 Tunneling worms, 4 Soldier ants, and Skeletor. He favored agility and stealth for the ambush, instead of going with more bulky fighters like the beetles or the snails. Also, he didn't bring any golems to the fight, as more numbers would most likely get them caught. The rewards were very tempting, but David wasn't so sure of winning the fight, so he immediately set forth reinforcements from Genesis. At least to minimize the losses he would suffer. The first wolf arrived near the Rhinos with an armor made out of stone covering its body, thorny vines came from the roof and the ground and held it as the rhinoceros charged ahead. Similar scenarios played out on both fronts, resulting in the death of 3 wolves. The Ice wolf howled again and stomped its fe
While David was distracted with the other minions, Dorime began to splash ink in the wall using the onyx. He shaped it using his little hands and used his flying golem for the unreachable places. He painted a humanoid striking a T-pose in the center of the wall, with lines near its body, as if they represented that it was glowing. Near, he made the crude shapes of various of his new and older brothers: Skeletor was a small horned humanoid, lumps represented the rats and squirrels, some tunneling worms, vultures, beetles, and even some ants. After a while, h
Even with the deaths of his units, David's mood was still positive. He managed to get his hands of the ants, and all that remained was to begin the extraction of copper. He started by summoning the Worker ants near the Gigabeetles. Five black ants of the size of a dog appeared, they twitched their antennae and clapped their mandibles."We must follow the tradition.
