Chapter 3

Hazel was standing in front of the full length mirror gazing at her self and thinking of she is looking presentable or not for the ball party. Yes, today is the same ball party of Alpha Daxon Valor. Hazel was feeling under confident and insecure. This is the first time she will step out of the castle after 2 years. She didn't went out of the castle since two years after that incident happened and they moved to this castle. That was the last time she saw the outside world.

She don't want to disappoint Alexander by her behaviour. So she is practicing how to behave there for the past one hour by looking herself in the mirror. She is trying hard and remembering again and again the things which Alexander do not like so she will not do any mistake there.

She was lost in her own thoughts when suddenly Mrs. Elsie's voice came from behind "Madam, Alpha is asking that how much time are you going to take?" she asked her while entering inside the chamber.

"Yes I'm almost ready Mrs. Elsie." she said thinking what will be his reaction when he will see her because he was perfectly ready for today. He was more than happy to get signed the peace treaty by Alpha Daxon Valor. Now they don't have to fear anymore and always have to prepare for the upcoming wars. After the peace treaty will be signed he will not have to hide anymore.

Hazel motioned the maid to put the veil on her face immediately. Yes, even if he is taking her with him to that ball party but he will not allow her to expose herself to everyone. The maid hastily came with her veil and make her wear it.

Hazel turned to the full length mirror in front of her and looked at herself. Black long ball gown covering her till her heels, laced gloves covering he hands, her expensive jewellery covering her neck and most importantly her veil covering her face. She twirled a little checking herself if she is looking perfect for the lavish ball party, she is going.

"You are looking beautiful madam." Mrs. Elsie said and beamed at their Luna.

Hazel moved her gaze to her and timidly nodded at her. Alexander entered the room making all the maids to turn their head lowered and gaze on the floor. They bowed their head in front of him showing respect. He motioned with his palm to all the maids to get out of the room. All the maids present there quickly walked out of the room.

Alexander moved his gaze to his mate standing in front of her. When Hazel felt his eyes on her she twirled in front of him and asked him "Am I looking good for the ball party, Alexander?" her eyes were curiously gazing at him.

He smiled at her and walked couple of steps towards her. He invaded her personal space and draped her one hand around her waist tugging her towards him. "You are looking absolutely gorgeous, babygirl." Alexander said removed her veil a little and kissed her cheek.

When Hazel raised his eyes and met with his she saw lust and desire pooling in his eyes for her. Her eyes widened and her heartbeat quickened its pace. She felt the enormous fear emerging inside her. Not wanting to make him feel bad she forced smiled at him.

"Thank you." she thanked him while trying to put her hair tendril behind her ear.

But Alexander halted her hand in middle by holding her wrist before she can touch her hair. "I'll do that for you." he said lustfully and held the tendrils of hair putting then behind her ear. Some of her hair was settled on her shoulder so he put them also behind her shoulder. Hazel was feeling so much uncomfortable and scared of him. He lifted her chin with his thumb and forefinger higher.

"Your beauty is for mine to see, mine to admire, mine to stare at and" he said and put his nose on her exposed shoulder inhaling her sweet scent. "mine to capture." he said with so much possessiveness in his voice. That was the things Hazel so much scared of his possessiveness toward her.

"No other man can admire you or even look at you. Because your beauty is mine." he said and pecked her shoulder making her shuddered in fear. The increasing desire is his demeanor was making her sacred.

"Now there are sometimes for you. Do not talk to anyone there until I tell you to." he said strictly warning her. Suddenly Hazel felt awkward of his behaviour which suddenly turned opposite like he was few moments ago. Nonetheless Hazel wagged her head accepting his warning.

"You will not roam anywhere and will be standing always behind me. You get that?" Alexander told her his second rule with his completely changed demeanor. This time Hazel felt a little offended because she is not his maid so she will stay behind him. But he can't defy him so heavy heatedly she nodded at him.

"And last but not the least, do not dare to reveal your veil for even a second." this time it was coldest voice she heard of him in these two years. She understood the strict warning behind his words and she knew what are the consequences of not following his orders so she vigorously nodded her head in yes.

Watch her agreeing to his every word a smile again broke out on his face and he held her hands in his. "You are the best, babygirl. You know I'm doing it for your safety right?" he asked her squeezing her hands in his a little. She nodded her head grimacing. She can't deny him but she feels pressurized under his rules and regulations.

He again kissed her both cheeks and adjusted her veil properly. Hazel was thinking he is doing this for her safety but what she don't know is that he is doing this to make her beauty reserved for him and only him. Now only the features was her beautiful face was visible a little but almost her face was hidden.

He held her hand again and intertwined his finger with her and raised her brow at her indicating her to clutch his fingers back and she immediately did.

"Let's go. Hmm?" he asked her gazing at her. She nodded at him and she started walking with behind him holding his hand.

He came out with Hazel out of their chamber. Walking out of the restricted hallway they came in the guarded area where many male guards were standing bowing their heads in respect of their Luna that's what she thought but the truth was Alexander already threatened them of their life and ordered do not dare to take their eyes up at their Luna and they were exactly following that.
