I breathed heavily as I stepped on the ground of the St. Claire Academy. It seemed like my first day of school again. Well, just like an ordinary school day everyone is busy and I heard about Victoria's party last night that everyone talks about.
I guess my Aunt Salina magic spell works, I never heard about me they are having fun with me. They are all astounded by Victoria's party. Nevertheless, Lucas was the star of the night because of his handsome, killer smile look but he is still arrogant in my eyes, no question about that.
He is everyone's girlfriend and right now he is flirting with another girl from this school. I guess Victoria is his girlfriend. I just shook my head from what I have seen. What is more important right now, my Aunt Salina saved me.
My smile draws on my face when I see Mandy, she waves to me and I hurried to approach her.
"There you are? What happened to you last night?"
"Me? Last night, what about last night?"
"Andy and I waited for you for so long, why didn't you come to Victoria's Party? "
"Oh, yeah, the party?", ah! Huh… Everyone talks about it. "
" So, what happened? "
" Oh, yes, I got a bad…. He... A bad headache… Yes, I got a bad headache. " ha ha ha
My Aunt Salina magic spell works as such a relief.
" You missed everything that was happening last night. "
" Aha! What was happening last night? " I was trying to be innocent from all that was happening in Victoria's Party last night.
"Victoria and I have a conflict."
"Really?"
"Yes, she pushes me to the pool."
"Did she really do that?"
I was surprised by what Mandy said to me. Their memories have been erased replacing another moment that happened in their mind.
"Yes, but don't worry, I will take revenge."
"Revenge?"
"Hmmm... I slapped her in front of many students of St. Claire Academy."
We both laughed out loud from what Mandy said. I acted innocent from what happened last night. If Mandy only knew that I had witnessed what she does to Victoria.
When we walked towards our classroom, we met Victoria in the hallway with her followers. They stopped at the moment and her looks seemed to melt. I can see in her eyes, her anger at Mandy.
We avoided her to avoid the conflict and the war that I sense right now. I was thinking if I will use my magic power.
But, our path was blocked by her friends or rather I tell her followers. We suddenly stop, Mandy and I look at each other saying that we are now in trouble.
"Get out of our way," Mandy said to them.
"No." said the one who has curly blonde hair with so much make up her name is Sassy.
"Only if Victoria let you pass here."
Victoria faces Mandy. She is too furious and with so much anger in her face.
"We are not done yet bitch!" Victoria said and her face got redder because of hate for Mandy.
Oh, no this is the biggest mistake that I have ever made, I knew that Victoria would get revenge on Mandy. What magic spell did my Aunt Salina do?
Victoria holds Mandy's hand, but Mandy loses her grip.
After that moment Victoria wants to slap Mandy. I never let it happen, I flicked my fingers three times and nobody noticed it. It froze her hand so that she wouldn't slap Mandy. She can't move her hand. It was as if someone stopped her to move, oh, well my magic does that.
A person like Victoria needs a lesson.
Mandy just shook her head and she pulled me away from Victoria and from her friends, we walked towards our classroom.
We attend our Science class and all of my classmates are busy reviewing notes. I never knew that there was an exam for today.
Oh, bad day… I was not able to study last night and even Mandy. Well, Andy is a genius among us.
This exam will never be too hard for me, I can answer it in just a second. That's the good thing about being witches. I flicked my fingers three times and here it goes. I have all the answers.
To be fair to them I study my lesson and who knows that I can memorize in an instant the lessons in a textbook. Just like my Grandmother said I am too different from them and I am special.
After a long hour of exams and studying, Andy, Mandy and I went to the cafeteria to take a break and everyone talked about the prom that will be happening on Friday night, even Mandy is too excited about it, but, to me, it's a No.
I can't say that my Grandmother and mother allow me to attend the prom.
"Thana do you have a dress to wear for the prom?" Mandy asked me while waiting for our food.
"No, I think I can't attend the prom."
"What?" Andy and Mandy asked me in surprise.
"No way," Andy said to me.
"Why?"
"You will be my date for the Prom night, I invited you to be my prom date."
"Are you serious? You and Mandy can attend the prom without me."
"No, it's not possible," Andy smirked at Mandy.
"Yes, it's not possible and I have found a guy to be my date at the Prom".
Mandy looked at the other side of the cafeteria and her eyes were in the group of men students who were chattering and laughing. They are the most famous here on the campus including Lucas. And I will guess that Lucas wants to be her date?
"Lucas?"
"No, it's Liam." It was as if a dart of cupid shot her when she was staring at Liam.
Liam is one of the famous here on campus and all the girls on campus like him.
"Don't you see his strong arms, so masculine, his handsome looks and cute smile?"
Mandy keeps on her daydreaming, fantasizing about Liam to be her boyfriend and wish to be her date on a Prom.
"Are you sure you like that guy?" Andy asked Mandy.
"Yes, I am sure."
"Oh, good luck everyone's girlfriend."
"Like Lucas?" They look at me with astonishment when I talk about Lucas.
"What? Do you like Lucas?" Mandy startled me.
"No, of course not."
Mandy just stared at me with an unbelievable look.
"Oh... Oh... He got a new girlfriend now."
I turned my gaze to Victoria, who is coming to Liam. She kisses Liam and Liam holds her hand and pulls her closer to kiss her back.
"Seriously? I thought Lucas was her boyfriend."
Andy and I just looked at each other and said nothing.
"Not, now… Lucas has another girl."
Andy pointed at Lucas' place where he and his new girlfriend flirted with each other.
I just leaned back in my seat and wondered how I could help Mandy. I need to do something, should I need a magic spell for Liam and Mandy on just a night of the Prom.
Well, it could be possible my Aunt Salina can help me with that. In the meantime… I flicked my fingers three times, right now Liam… He will notice Mandy.
