Hi everyone,
It’s a wrap! Thank you guys for supporting me throughout Aarya and Xander’s story. I really hope you guys enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comments section, and don’t forget to review and vote if you’ve liked the story.
This book was my first ever work. I started this book first but MMH took priority so this book was pushed back. I learned a lot since MMH so I had to rewrite most of the chapters of TAM keeping the essence same. Thus, the editing process extended the timeline, but I’m delighted to say that it’s now complete.
Now that we’ve reached the conclusion of this book, I’m excited to reveal that Alex’s story is in the works and will serve as the second installment of the Alpha series. I hope you’ll join me on this new journey, staying with us until the end of the series.
You can follow me on social media. I hope I can see you there soon. I’m looking forward to interacting with you all there, addressing your questions, and sharing more about my writing journey.
I want to take a moment to express my profound gratitude to each and every one of you who have opened, voted for, and reviewed the book. Your support has been my driving force. Witnessing your continued encouragement fills me with immense joy and motivates me to write more.
I’m genuinely thankful for the love and support I’ve received throughout this process and hope that my future stories will capture your hearts in the same way.
Lots of Love❤️
Aarya “Sleep is the best meditation.” When the Dalai Lama said this, he knew the truth in those words. And I couldn’t agree more. However, fate had a different plan for me as I am born into a family of extremely early risers. And, like clockwork... “Aarya beta (my child), get up!” My mother, Mithali's voice, rang out from the kitchen. And there it was - the inevitable morning wake-up call. With a reluctant sigh, I peeled myself out of bed, holding my mischievous brothers responsible for the endless laughter and late-night conversations that kept me up. Their mission seemed clear: induce stomach aches with uncontrollable laughter, and they excelled at it. Understanding their reluctance to see me leave, I let their antics slide. I’m Aarya Verma, 22 years old, and the daughter of a prominent figure in our community - my father, Ram. He is a well-respected person in our community. He is the best friend and adviser of the chief of the village and we also own a few farms. Those farms and
Xander BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. I rise from my slumber, silencing the persistent alarm which indicated it was 5 am. Just another day. I roll out of bed, stretching my body with a satisfying pop of joints and a flex of muscles. The routine is familiar. Off to the bathroom to attend to nature’s call, then into my workout attire. A protein smoothie prepares me for the upcoming regimen. As I lace up my running shoes, the call of the pack territory beckons, and I ran to make sure the patrol was in place. I am Xander Coleman, the Alpha of the Black Moon Pack, a pack renowned for its size and strength, standing as one of the largest in the country. At the young age of 20, I stepped into my father’s shoes, taking on the responsibility of leading this pack. With over 5560 wolves under our banner and growing, the challenges are both invigorating and unrelenting. Growing up in this expansive pack, I gained insight into the complexities my father faced as its leader. Traditionally, the Alpha stands a
Aarya Phew! After enduring a grueling 20-hour flight, I finally touched down at the airport. The exhaustion weighed heavily on my back, reminding me that such long flights weren't friendly to one's back. Anxiety bubbled within me, but I wore a mask of composure, remembering the adage, "fake it till you make it," that echoed through my mind. Stepping out of the plane into the frigid weather, I was grateful for having the foresight to wear a jacket. Amidst the hustle of finishing immigration formalities and retrieving my bags, I found a moment of quiet reflection. Standing there, waiting for my cab I felt conflicted. Hauling my bags out, I spotted my Uber and embarked on the beginning of my adventure in this foreign land. As I navigated the unfamiliar city, crowds of strangers rushed around me, a stark contrast to the quaint village I had left behind. Tears welled in my eyes as I thought of my family and the life I had known. Summoning a deep breath, I decided to video call my parents
Xander (A few days later)... The fluorescent lights above my desk cast a sterile glow on the clutter of paperwork that had taken over my workspace. The international expansion of our business had unleashed a relentless surge of tasks and responsibilities. With the addition of numerous personal and pack-owned ventures, my days had transformed into a chaotic whirlwind of decision-making and strategic planning with no time for a breath. I sighed and pressed my fingers against my temples, feeling the beginnings of a tension headache. The plush leather chair in my CMH Industries office did not help with the kinks in my brain. As I contemplated the growing stack of documents, my office door swung open with a nonchalant disregard for privacy. “When are you people going to learn to knock? I thought we covered all of that at Alpha Academy!” I couldn’t help but quip, a blend of exasperation and affection in my voice. Alex, my best friend and the Alpha of the Silver Moon Pack entered with his
Aarya Time had flown by, and I had already spent over a month in the United States. Adjusting to a new educational system and way of life was quite the challenge, but having Steven, Lea, and Nyx by my side had made it a lot easier. They had become my pillars of support, helping me cope with the homesickness and the cultural differences. When the festival of Diwali arrived, homesickness struck me hard. In response, the trio of my newfound friends took me to a nearby Indian restaurant. The food might not have matched my mother’s culinary magic, but the taste still carried a slice of home. Following dinner, we embarked on a leisurely drive in Steven’s car, culminating in a night spent by the beach. It was in those moments that I realized they had evolved into more than just friends; they were my chosen family, my confidants, and the people I instinctively trusted. Presently, I found myself sitting through one of my less engaging classes, my mind wandering through the events that had un
Xander The meeting had stretched on for what felt like an eternity. My patience was wearing thin, and from the sounds of it, my wolf Xyler felt the same. ‘This meeting either needs to end or get way more interesting,‘ Xyler’s voice echoed in my mind, mirroring my sentiments. I couldn’t help but agree wholeheartedly. ‘I know Chris has to shut up or I will punch him in the face,’ I replied to Xyler, my frustration evident. Xyler’s chuckle in response resonated with my own thoughts, and he asked for a good run after we got back home. He retreated back into my mind, leaving me alone in this torture. Lucky wolf. I re-centered my focus on Chris, whose voice seemed to drone on endlessly. Just shut up, man. How much more can a person talk? The discussion continued to drag on for what felt like another hour, testing my patience to its limits. Finally, I decided it was time to bring this to a end. “Let’s take a break and end this for today, Chris, and reconvene in a few weeks. It’s been qui
Aarya The anticipation and nervousness in the air were palpable as I stood in Lea’s room, facing a fashion dilemma that was just not my cup of tea. “There’s no way I’m wearing that. It’s freaking cold outside. If I wear that, I’m almost certain to die from hypothermia,” I protested, wrinkling my nose at the red short dress that Lea was enthusiastically holding up. Lea’s patience seemed to wear thin as she snapped, “Ahh... You’re a pain to deal with. I’ve shown you around 20 outfits, and you don’t seem to like any of them. Get your ass up and look for yourself.” With a sigh that seemed to carry my resignation, I mumbled, “Fine,” and turned my attention to the vast expanse of Lea’s wardrobe. The sheer volume of clothes before me was enough to make my own modest closet feel like a mere cubby. I sifted through a few outfits, feeling increasingly like a fish out of water in this world of fashion. Amidst the array of colors and styles, a black dress caught my attention. Its elegance and
Xander“Please tell me you’re joking, right?” My voice carried a mix of disbelief and frustration as I turned to Nyx, hoping that her words were some sort of twisted prank.“What? Look, Xander, none of us have an idea about this!” Nyx’s tone was a blend of exasperation and attempted reason as she gestured vaguely toward the hallway where the entire scene had unfolded. My agitation was palpable, my protective instincts roaring to life at the thought of my newly discovered mate venturing out to a bar. “I don’t want MY MATE to leave me as soon as I discover her, especially at a bar where men might ogle at her. No way, no how, not a chance in hell,” I asserted, my Alpha tone carrying a finality that brooked no argument. Xyler, my wolf, flashed in my eyes and growled his agreement at the mere thought of other men casting their eyes on my mate.Nyx, in her usual mischievous demeanor, offered an alternative solution with a knowing smirk. “So come to the club with us! This is a fantastic way t

6 months later... XANDER “Are you ready?” I asked. My voice was muffled and filled with desire as I showered Aarya’s neck with sloppy kisses. I couldn’t resist indulging in her addictive scent, and the sparks between us added a thrilling touch to our love. “Hmm... Xander... stop,” she managed to utter, though her voice sounded more like a moan. The hmm sound went straight to my dick, making me feel impossibly hard and eager. ‘I think we need to cancel the press conference and take our mate in this room,’ Xyler salivated, sniffing the alluring scent of her arousal in the air. “Do you really want me to stop?” I asked huskily, kissing behind her ear and biting carefully, making her shiver in my hold. I pulled her flush against me. “Hmm, no... I mean y... yes,” she whispered, caught between her pleasure and her work, as I licked my mark on her neck again. She shivered in my hold and a thrill rushed through my spine. “So responsive, so sweet, so addictive,” I whispered, kissing her c
AaryaI stood in the serene pack cemetery, a gentle breeze rustling the leaves of the surrounding trees. Little Om, dressed in his adorable baby boss onesie gifted by Scott, wiggled in my arms as I pointed to the plaques dedicated to my departed family members. “This is Nanu (maternal grandpa), Nani (maternal grandma), and both your Mamu (maternal uncles). And this is where your uncle Scott is,” I said softly, my voice filled with sorrow and warmth.I couldn’t resist kissing his chubby cheek as he reached for the flowers I had carefully placed on the plaque. Xander has dedicated a plaque for my family in the pack cemetery as a place to remember them. The sight of Om holding Scott’s gifted teddy bear, saying “Yass queen” in Scott’s voice whenever you bopped its nose, tugged at my heartstrings. These were some of the cherished things in Scott’s gift basket he had prepared for Om in his apartment.Gently, I set Om down on a soft blanket and handed him his favorite teddy. With a bitterswee
XanderThe sight that greeted me that day was both heart-wrenching and awe-inspiring. Fallen warriors lay motionless, their sacrifices etched in the annals of our pack’s history. The battlefield was strewn with bodies, a poignant reminder of the price of war.My heart weighed heavy with sorrow for the loss of around 40 brave wolves from my pack and over 400 lives from our side. We honored not just our fallen pack members but also those from other packs who fought alongside us, standing against the enemy. With a heavy heart, I walked among the wounded, offering words of encouragement and support to those who were still fighting for their lives. Our skilled healers, guided by Dr. Heather’s expertise, worked tirelessly to tend to the injured, ensuring they received the care they needed.Steven and Harry were directing the recovery efforts with efficiency. They coordinated the pack members to rebuild what was damaged. It was essential to resurrect our pack lines with the help of a witch. T
XanderMy paws pounded the forest floor as I raced toward my pack, the pungent scent of battle filling my lungs long before the chaos came into view. The forest resounded with the clashing of metal and the fierce roars of werewolves, a tumultuous scene that unfolded before me like a vivid painting of desperation and mayhem.I shifted to my wolf as soon as I saw my pack line, knowing I could reach my pack faster on four legs. As I approached our pack, I could see the devastation left in the wake of the enemy’s assault. Bodies lay strewn across the forest floor, and the metallic scent of blood mingled with the earthy smell of the forest. My heart pounded in my chest as I mind-linked my mate, Aarya. Our bond tugged at me, pulling me inexorably toward her. The overpowering need to hear her voice, to ensure her safety, consumed me. Through our bond, I could feel every blow she took, every painful cut and bruise she endured in the fight. It only fueled my determination to reach her side.Ale
Aarya (contd)My heart pounded in my chest as I witnessed the awe-inspiring sight of a massive... dragon soaring majestically through the sky. Its immense size and power were overwhelming, its scales glistening like polished obsidian in the afternoon sunlight. Its eyes burned with a fierce intensity that pierced through the chaos on the ground below. The sight left me breathless, struggling to comprehend the reality of what I was seeing.“Is that a fucking dragon?” Kat exclaimed, her mouth agape in shock. I shared her disbelief; the sight of actual dragons was something I never thought I’d witness.“Luna, watch out to your left!” Steven’s urgent warning came too late, as a rogue slashed my arm with his claws, causing a deep, painful cut. Gritting my teeth, I hissed at the pain, feeling the warm blood seeping from the wound. My Baba would have kicked me from heaven, seeing me getting distracted in the middle of an intense battle. Without hesitation, I summoned my magical energy and dire
Aarya“You will tell me if you need anything, right?” I asked Beta Nancy as I glanced at the papers in my hand.“Yes, Luna Aarya. Thank you so much. I appreciate you looking out for me,” Beta Nancy replied, her voice filled with gratitude. Assuring her that she could count on my support if needed, I bid her goodbye.Sighing, I leaned back in the chair. I was in my and Xander’s office, trying to complete all the work before he returned. I had finished calling almost all council members to inform them of the situation. Xander had been away for over three hours too far to mind-link. Even though he had texted to let me know he was fine, my heart still felt heavy with worry. When Om began to cry, I snapped out of my thoughts and swiftly picked him up from his crib. “Hey, baby, shhh. It’s okay. Maa is here. Are you hungry? Huh?” I cooed. His lips still trembled, but his cries stopped clinging to me. I sat down on the sofa, locked the door with the remote control, and nursed him. As he latche
Xander“Alpha Evan,” I nodded at the man as we sat in my office at the packhouse.Harry and Cam informed me that Alpha Evans was waiting at our border for my permission to enter. He claimed to have found Chris and his gang of Mate Kidnappers, and the urgency in his voice prompted me to grant him immediate permission to enter our territory. With Alex, Sean, Steven, Aarya, and me gathered in my office, we awaited Alpha Evans’s revelation. Lea stayed behind to wrap up the ongoing celebration, while my parents cared for our son, Om. Everyone seemed tired yet alert, eager to hear the details of Alpha Evans’s discovery, but I could sense an underlying tension in the room.As Alpha Evans settled into the seat, his Beta stood stoically behind him, his expression unreadable. Steven and Harry stood behind me, ready to protect and support. Aarya, Alex, and Sean sat on the sofa, and Cam remained outside the packhouse to ensure our security. We were all anxious to know if Alpha Evans was telling th
Aarya“Shh, Om,” I whispered, my heart swelling with affection as I gazed at my little excited baby boy. “If you keep clapping so loudly, everyone will know about the party.”“Aaaaaa,” he babbled, trying to reach for the sparkling lights hanging from the fence. His attempts to catch the shimmering lights were adorable. However, he soon huffed in frustration and rolled over onto his tummy, determined to get closer to the fascinating lights. I couldn’t help but chuckle at his determination.Amid our playful moment, the door opened, and familiar voices filled the backyard. “Where are you, my chubby cheeks? Your favorite uncle is here!” called Alex, his voice full of excitement.“You are not his favorite. I am his favorite. Isn’t it right, my little cutie?” Sean cooed as he followed Alex into the backyard.“Are not!” Alex made a face at Sean.“Are to!” Sean snapped. Here we go again! They have been like this since I gave birth to Om. They constantly spoil the little boy with clothes, toys,
