LeiyaI walked outside the castle to meet Helion. He stood beside a carriage connected to two strong looking horses. Why did we need horses? I thought to myself as I walked towards him.“Can't you just teleport us there?”I asked when I got closer to him. He took my hand, gently aiding me into the carriage.“Don't you want to see if we can tolerate each other for that long?”He followed behind me into the carriage with a sheepish smile. I knew he just wanted to travel with me, which was rather flattering.“What happens if we discover we cannot?”He gave the order for the carriage driver to begin and we started to slowly move.“I'll leave you on the side of the road and carry on.”I shot him a dead stare. I wasn't sure if he was being serious or not. It was hard to tell because he rarely wore readable facial expressions. Valinor LeiyaWe finally arrived at the kingdom of Valinor after a few days on the road made up of teases, laughs and mouth action. As our carriage walked through the town, it looked depressed and gloomy. There were not a lot of people seen outside, and the ones that were seen, were unhappy and seemingly uninterested. ValinorLeiya The king's announcement brought the meeting to a close. Thereafter, food was brought to the table. Helion politely refused on the basis that he had eaten at a town just before theirs. A blatant lie of course. He hadn't eaten since we left Kaltain and he obviously could not request for humans at Valinor. However, he sat at the table with me which I found to be very sweet.I on the other hand was very hungry, even starving. The queen excused herself from the table when it was time to eat, I noticed from the worried gaze of the king that she wasn't returning. I couldn't help but include that she intentionally wasn't eating as a result of the uncertainty of whether her son was alive or dead. When I finished my plate, I thanked the king with a bow. Valinor LeiyaMy eyes suddenly flung open, and so did my mouth. I sat in bed breathing heavily. When I realized that I was in the safety of my chamber of Valinor, I started to breathe slower. Valinor LeiyaI turned over on my other side when I felt a ray of light on my face. My efforts to return to sleep proved abortive. Rubbing my eyes gently, I forced them open. Everywhere around me looked very familiar, as if I had been here before. It took a moment to make sense to me. I quickly sat up when I realized where I was. Back at Kaltain.I frantically looked around me, my brain trying to comprehend what happened the night before, and how I got here. The last thing I did remember was Helion showing up in my room and raising all the sensors in my body, but that was at Valinor. Still in a deep state of confusion, I climbed out of my bed and headed for the door. As I walked around, I became more and more convinced that I was definitely back in Kaltain. The question was how? ValinorLeiyaI jolted out of bed when the voice sounded louder in my thoughts. “Relax Leiya. It's me.”I noticed Helion sitting across from me on my bed with concern in his eyes. I hastily looked around to discover I was still at Valinor. “Another bad dream?”He whispered, slowly moving the hair that had fallen to my face out of fright to the back of my ear. I was too stunned to speak, I simply nodded in response.“Can you tell me what it was about?”He bent his head in an effort to search my fallen face for my eyes. I continued to look at nothing in particular without saying a word. “Leiya.”He gently touched me to which my body quivered in response. I was so lost in my own thoughts, I forgot he was speaking to me. “You're okay.” he whispered.When he noticed that I did not look at him, he lifted my chin with his index finger. He moved my face to meet his. He glanced at me with a worried gaze, the most worried I had seen him.

To my greatest surprise, she didn't appear to me in a nightmare and I slept just fine.
