“What do you want to talk about Chris?” I asked me unapologetically. I've been trying to avoid this conversation for a long time back in Chicago but it's evident now that it's better to talk about it now, Chris seems to be more persistent and I need to clear the air to avoid future occurrences.

“Why are you so persistent about wanting to have a conversation? Are you trying to make peace with me so I'd no longer be mad at you?” I asked him.

“I want you back!!” he said to me. Now this was like a bomb dropped on my body unaware, it exploded and tried to shatter me.

Is this guy crazy? I asked myself. After acting like I never existed he comes back a few years later to tell me that he wants me back. That's the height of unseriousness for me!!

“What do you take me for!!” I said out loud to his hearing, this guy was beginning to irritate me. “Do you see me as a toy, you play around with it, then you drop it in a dark room and expect to pick it up whenever you return?!!”
