Erina couldn't talk anymore. She was so stunned by what Aiden had said, and most especially, the opinion she gave herself that bugged her mind.

She was trying to forget Arden when she was transported to the mortal world, as she knew that Arden was already so mad at her and that she would only be killed.

But in the back of her mind, before everything happened, she had fallen in love with him. It was the reason why she could hardly continue to follow what Aurora wanted her to do with the Gunners.

Though it might fall into ugly things, as she discovered who she really was, she was thankful that she saved her own son—and Arden's son as well—from Aurora's cunning plans.

And she would do everything to protect her son. She would rather live in the mortal world forever than go back to the place that would only put Draven in danger.
