Erina was resting between the parting legs of Arden while they were both sitting in the tent as they watched the burning bonfire.

Arden was playing with her fingers while Erina's mind flew somewhere.

"How many kids do you like?" Arden whispered something that made her shock.

She glanced over her shoulder as they locked gazes. She saw the sincerity in his eyes, which made her swallow hard.

"How about you? How many kids do you like?" Erina asked.

"You're going to bear them, so you must decide about it. I'm fine with three... or four?"

Her eyes narrowed as she chuckled. Arden copied her reaction and smiled too.

"Hmm. Four is actually fine."

"Really? You like four?" he squeezed her.

Erina nodded and looked at the bonfire again. Her smile slowly faded when she remembered her mother, Aurora.
