Erina spent her day choosing the dress she was going to wear to the Remington party. Even though she wanted to stay at home, she doesn't mind going to the party just to see who's there.

And besides, knowing that Arden told her that she should socialize without minding what the others would say made her a bit curious. She wanted to see if Arden really meant that he didn't mind her being with him at a party.

He's just saying that to probably put up a front and appear unbothered by his image when the truth is, he's just like his mother, who judged so easily.

"These are the pieces of jewelry you need to wear tomorrow, Miss," the servant said as she placed the box where the pieces of jewelry sparkled.

Erina’s brow shot up as she took one out of the box. It’s a diamond wreath necklace. The servant took it in her hand as Erina looked at herself in the mirror while the servant wore it around her neck.
