Victoria entered Helio's house with a deep breath.

Time flies so fast, and now she comes as Helio's wife.

But Claudia also came as Helio's wife, standing 5 feets next to Victoria.

"What a tiring day. I'm going to rest and I hope you two don't fight while I rest." Helio spoke, passing by Claudia and Victoria.

Claudia always wanted to seek Helio's attention. She ran after Helio to the stairs.

"Honey, can I rest in your room too? That's our room now, right?"

Helio stopped, letting Claudia's hand go from his arm.

"There are no shared rooms. You sleep in your room and you, Victoria," Victoria looked at Helio who was calling her.

It looked like Helio wanted to say something, but he sighed and said, "Do what you want, just don't disturb my rest."

Helio went to his room, while Claudia also left after smiling haughtily at Victoria.

"Damn it, this is annoying me," Victoria said, still angry from Helio's game. "He knew that I planned to make Claudia suffer by being his only wife, but he married Claudia too and ruined my plans. Now with her position, Claudia will continue the humiliation and I must try not to be eaten by her."

Victoria carried her heavy suitcase up the stairs, still in her wedding dress and no one help.

All seemed okay, until Victoria overheard some maids were talking about her.

"Yes. I mean, like a queen who has absolute rights to everything that happens in her palace, make me like that."

"Why should I grant your wish?"

"Because you said you'd be fair."

Helio put down the pen and file that Victoria did not understand. Leaning against his desk and crossing his arms, coldly looked at Victoria.

Helio was only wearing pajamas that were almost the same length as his long pants. He didn't tie his sleeping pajamas properly, exposing a bit of his big, perky chest.

To Victoria, Helio was a man who had an extraordinary grace in his looks. If only his behaviour wasn't so far upside down from his perfect physique.

"Lady Claudia and I have our own skills. Lady Claudia will be of great help to you in business since she is a businessman's daughter and is good at it, whereas I won't have any power if Lady Claudia surpasses me. So I want you to give me the rights to this house, I want to have the absolute right to take care of whatever happens."

Helio was probably thinking about Victoria's words, but his smile looked like he could laugh at any time to mock Victoria.

"So you're afraid Claudia will dominate and put you in the same position you were in before?"

Helio walked to Victoria.

"Of course I am. I risked my life to become your toy because I didn't want to be in that position. You also know very well how much I didn't want to let Lady Claudia surpass me but you said you would marry her to my face."

"Ouh, are you angry?"

"Does my smile look sincere now?"

Helio laughed. Even then, he must not have cared about Victoria's feelings.

Helio returned to his desk and said, "Well. Do what you want, Queen. I think it would be interesting to see two queens frolicking in my palace."

Victoria walked into a room. She had not yet decided which room she wanted to use, so any room was fine for just tonight's rest.

She was in a very good mood after the deal with Helio, so Victoria thought she would sleep well tonight.

But when she turned on the light, she saw someone lying on the wide bed, and it wasn't Claudia.

"What are you doing here?" asked Victoria, approaching the maid who was still lying down. Pretending not to hear Victoria.

"Do you usually use the rooms in this house like this is your home?" The maid was still ignoring Victoria, until Victoria pulled the blanket roughly and pissed her off.

"Tch."

"TCH!?"

Victoria was annoyed. The maid got up and looked like about to protest. Her eyes looked boldly at Victoria.

"Do you really enjoy disturbing someone's sleep? You should understand what it's like to want to rest on a high quality bed after a long day of taking care of this big palace since you're also a maid like me."

Her name was Elsie. Victoria remembered her as one of Claudia's trusted maids in this house, one who often annoyed Victoria.

Elsie still had no fear even though everyone knew that Victoria was Helio's wife now.

"You can talk to me like that?"

"What?" Victoria was startled as Elsie pushed her with one hand.

"Remember who you are, Victoria; you're just a low-level maid who's not even different from a slave. Trying to trick Master Helio and succeed in becoming his wife? Don't dream any higher, your place is the lowest."

Elsie put the dirty rag she was carrying onto Victoria's shoulder. Roughly pushed Victoria a few times until the woman was pushed against the wall.

"Don't act like you're someone who can disturb my sleep, and yes... I often use the rooms in this house like this is my home. You got problem? Go to Master Helio if he cares about you. I'm sure he married you because he's crazy. No man in his right mind would marry a dirty rag like you, you scum."

Elsie widened her eyes, Victoria's hard slap made her cheeks very hot and her ears ringing. She was furious but when she saw Victoria, she was stunned by the cold face and haughty gaze that portrayed absolute power.
