SHE’D been contemplating and letting the guilt consumed her since that day she and Jacob kissed accidentally inside his bedroom; on a same bed with him.

After that unwanted kiss that happened, Michelle didn’t have the courage to look after him, hence she called his mom to come over and told her alibis that she wasn’t feeling well already and that Marsha was having a tantrums at home.

Guilt crept into her skin, stinging every bit of her conscience and making her realize that what had happened was unacceptable . . . and totally intolerable for a married woman like her. Countless times she hoped that Ethan would forgive her for what she had done; for the sin she committed while he was away.

Two days had already passed. Michelle had decided to stay away from Jacob for the time being, at least until she was able to fix the dilemma she had. She focused her mind in taking care of herself and spending more time with Marsha. Her mind had relaxed for a little, but whenever she was alone the viv
