Isabella

I felt a gust of wind brush through my face, as I stared at the blooming flowers in the garden. It seems I have a fate of near death experience, and each time I escaped death, the countenance around me was far different.

I had a strong urge to go see Alpha Alexander, but I felt I wasn't mentally stable yet. The thought of going home to visit my father did cross my mind, and I needed his permission for this to happen.

“My queen, what are you thinking about?” Leah said, cutting through the silence. I turned my face looking at her as she approached me with a plate filled with sliced fruits.

“Nothing at all, I'm just finding solace in the blooming cherries and flowers.”

Arriving at the spot where I was seated, she handed the fruits over to me. “Thank you.” I smiled genuinely.
