"Hello, Sonia. Long time no see," the man said with a smirk.
"Ken... Kendra, did your boss send you to me?" Miss Sonia stuttered, still holding the door, preventing him from coming in.
"Obviously, Sonia. Well, I must say, your apartment is really nice. This is beyond what I expected to see," Kendra said as he pushed her out of the way and walked into her apartment, while Sonia shut the door immediately, silently praying for things to go well.
"Thank you, Kendra. Can you please go straight to the point and tell me exactly why you're here? I don't want anyone to meet you here," Sonia said, trying hard to sound bold.
"Don't act like you don't know why I'm here. Have you suddenly forgotten? Well, if you have, I'll remind you then... I'm here for her," Kendra said, comfortably seated on her couch.
"Who?" Sonia asked, pretending not to know.
"Your little girl, of course. Remember? Twenty years ago, you..." Kendra started to say, but Sonia interrupted him rudely.
"I get it, Kendra! You don't have to say it again. And regarding your request, I'm sorry, but I can't hand her over to you," Sonia said abruptly.
"I bet that should be a joke, Sonia. You used her as collateral, and it's been 20 years already. I'm sure you're aware of the consequences of failing to provide her," Kendra said calmly.
"She's not yet an adult. She's too young for this. Please give me more time to think about it. If you don't get a feedback from me after two months, then you can come over to take her," Sonia pleaded.
"We've given you more than enough time already. The Alpha wants her now, and nobody dares to keep him waiting. I'm sure you wouldn't want him to come to Earth to get her himself, right?" Kendra said, and Sonia got alarmed upon hearing the Alpha's name.
"No, no, no. There'll be no need for that. I'll send her to you tomorrow morning. You can send the guards to come pick her up," Sonia reluctantly muttered.
"Alright, Sonia. She should be ready before 6:00 am," Kendra said as he stood up and gave Sonia a peck on her cheek before heading out. He walked towards the door, and as he was about to turn the doorknob, Sonia called out.
"Wait!!!" Sonia yelled while Kendra halted.
"Any problem?" Kendra asked, facing away from her.
"What is the Alpha going to do to her?" Sonia asked with a stern look.
"You don't need to worry about her welfare. The Alpha knows how to treat teenagers and make them forget about their home completely. The Alpha has great plans for her. She'll know when she gets to Atlanta," Kendra said with a wink and left.
It was about 9:00 pm that evening. Gina folded all her clothes and arranged her stuff in a big luggage bag. She had no idea why her mom instructed her to do so, but she obeyed without asking further questions to prevent her mom from getting mad at her. She was almost done with the arrangements when her mother walked into the room with an unusual smile.
"Done already?" Miss Sonia asked with a fake smile, while Gina furrowed her brows in confusion.
"Uhmm... yes, I guess so," Gina stuttered with a shrug.
"Alright, dear. I know you are probably wondering why I told you to pack up your stuff. Well, you said you've always wanted to study in Hawaii. After reconsidering your request, I thought it would also be nice if you studied there. So I..."
"Oh my goodness!!! Mom!! I can now study in Hawaii?" Gina interrupted her mom out of excitement.
"Yes, and a bus will be here as early as 6:00 am to pick you up tomorrow morning. Isn't that great?" Sonia asked with a fake smile.
"Yes, Mom! Thank you so much. You're the best mom in the whole world," Gina said in excitement as she attempted to hug her mom but restrained herself to avoid annoying her.
Throughout the night, Gina couldn't fall asleep due to her excitement and anxiety. There were so many questions running through her mind. The most pressing question was why her mom permitted her to study in Hawaii and her sudden change of attitude towards her. She had been living with her mom for the past 21 years of her life, but her mom had always treated her like a stranger and never cared about her feelings or opinions. Why would she want to spend her money sponsoring her education after vowing never to do so? Well, maybe she had a change of heart or had finally decided to get married and didn't want her around her new home. If that were true, it would be to her advantage because she was also sick and tired of her mom's consistent ranting. Studying in Hawaii would do her a lot of good.
"Hawaii College, here I come," Gina muttered with a smile as she closed her eyes to get some sleep.
The Next Morning
Gina woke up early the next morning to beat the clock. She took a bath and dressed up smartly in black pants and a pink top before walking to the balcony to join her mom as they waited for the bus to arrive.
"The bus will be here soon," her mom said, staring into space.
"Okay, good morning, Mom," Gina greeted with so much excitement. They both sat outside for a few more minutes before the bus arrived exactly at 6:00 am. Gina let out a sigh of relief as she spotted the car. She was filled with joy and happiness. The black car parked in front of the house, and four men in black suits and dark shades stepped out and walked towards them. There was something really strange that Gina noticed about them. They were all dressed in black suits and had stern looks. They didn't seem like people sent by any school authority. They appeared too hardened and masculine to be called staff from any school in Hawaii. Gina's smile gradually diminished as she stared awkwardly at the men.
"Mom, are these the people who are supposed to be taking me to Hawaii College?" Gina asked almost in a whisper.
"Yes," her mom answered with a stern look.
"Are you sure this isn't the wrong bus? Because they don't seem..."
"Shut up and get into the damn bus, Gina!!!" Miss Sonia yelled out, and Gina flinched in shock.
"No, I'm not leaving! I don't trust you and these people," Gina said, and she was about to walk into the house when she felt a handkerchief over her face, and the next thing she saw was total blackout.
Gina attempted to walk away, but she felt a hand over her face, and the next thing she saw was total blackout. One of the men had quickly walked behind her and placed a handkerchief containing a sleeping powder over her face, while the rest of the guards carried her carefully to the car and placed her in the back seat."Thanks for your cooperation, Sonia. You will be heavily compensated," Kendra said to Sonia."Whatever, I hope you don't ever bother me again," Sonia replied with an eye roll."Sure!!!" Kendra beamed as he walked back to the car and zoomed off.A few hours later...Gina woke up after a few hours only to find herself in a cold room with many young girls of her age. She scanned the room, trying to recall what had happened and how she found herself in this strange place. Earlier, her mom had promised to sponsor her at Hawaii College, but the last thing she could remember was a group of men claiming to be from Hawaii College asking her to get into a black car. The question w
Gina turned the doorknob and stepped into the room quietly. As she entered, she couldn't help but admire its beauty. The room surpassed her expectations, despite its dim lighting from a few blue lights. It was large and exquisitely decorated. However, her admiration was abruptly interrupted when the door shut behind her, and all the lights switched on. Startled, she turned around, but there was no one in sight."Hello! Is anyone here?" Gina asked nervously, cautiously venturing further into the room. She realized she should have sought permission before entering someone's room. As she was about to ask again, she heard footsteps approaching from behind. She turned around and was taken aback by the sight in front of her. A handsome man in his late twenties stood there, with a strong build and dressed in black attire. Gina couldn't help but wonder who he was. He appeared too attractive to be the ruthless Alpha the girls at the prison had described. With her lips partly open in shock, she
Gina woke up the next morning to the sound of animalistic growls and the crackling of chains. She quickly stood up, realizing that someone was trying to unlock the door. The door swung open, revealing a maid carrying a tray. "Good morning, I brought you breakfast," the maid said with a smile, placing the tray on the table. Gina eagerly approached the tray, starving and willing to eat anything, even if it might be poisoned. But when she looked at the food, she was disgusted. "What's this?" Gina asked in disgust."This is your food, Miss. It was prepared richly. Don't you like it?" the maid asked, confused."Ewww! Is this what you call food?" Gina muttered, sniffing it. The maid grew suspicious. "Are you a werewolf?" she asked."I don't know what that means, but please take your food away and bring me something else," Gina said, sitting on her bed. However, the maid walked towards her, staring directly into her eyes. She reached for Gina's neck and sniffed her body, causing Gina to recoi
"Take of your clothes and get on the bed" he said with a stern look, his words bringing cold shivers down her spine."I wouldn't want to repeat myself again" he said again. In as much as Gina wanted to plead, she just had to keep her *please* to her self, pleading will do her no good and she couldn't go against his order, because he already instructed her never to argue with him. And with tears brewing up in her eyes, she reached for her zipper and pulled it down while the dress fell freely down her body. she couldn't believe that all the maids took their time in grooming her, only for her to be used as a sex slave. As soon as she finished undressing, she walked to the bed and laid down obediently. After few minutes of waiting, the alpha slowly climbed up the bed to join her. she quivered when she felt his fingers running through her bare skin, her fears increased as she felt his cold hand beneath get thighs and on the opening of her vagina."I can do it" Gina muttered within her, in
"Zara, what if this slave eventually bore him a male heir? You'd lose your position in this kingdom, and so would I," the queen mother fired angrily."What do you expect me to do, fight him? Or tell him how to live his life? You know he never listens to me," Zara said in frustration."Zara, you're just so dumb and stupid to be my daughter. You're nothing like me, you're so soft and calm. With all these weak qualities of yours, I doubt if you'll ever be able to take your position as the Alpha's luna. Why would you sit back and watch a human destroy all that we've worked for?" the queen mother said, shaking her head pathetically. Those words really hurt Zara so much. It wasn't her fault that she wasn't like her mom, but she still didn't understand why her mom always made everything sound like a big deal. She knew the alpha would definitely kill the human slave sooner or later. It wasn't something to worry about."I'm sorry, Mom," Zara muttered as she lowered her gaze, while her mom walke
"Anything for you, my lady," Gina answered with desperation. "If you can keep this a secret," Lady Zara said. "Yes, I won't tell anyone about this," Gina replied without hesitation. "Good, I'll send you back to Earth tomorrow when it's a full moon," Princess Zara said with a smirk, while Gina thanked her wholeheartedly. As soon as Gina returned to her cell, she found Xindy sitting on the wooden bed, waiting for her. Xindy looked up as soon as she saw Gina walk in. "What did she say to you?" she asked anxiously, while Gina stared at her for a moment, unsure of whether to tell her or not. Xindy seemed sincere and friendly, and she only wanted the best for Gina, but the princess had asked her not to tell anyone about their plan. "Gina," Xindy called, jolting Gina out of her thoughts. "She only wanted to know where I'm from," Gina lied. "And?" Xindy asked, looking dissatisfied. "And I told her I was from Earth," Gina reluctantly replied. "Was that all she asked?" Xindy asked suspi
Gina took off immediately, with the wolves chasing after her and growling loudly. Why would the princess lead her to another country's border? It turned out that Xindy was right about Lady Zara after all. She found it difficult to run because of the pain she still felt between her legs. Meanwhile, the wolves were fast, only meters away from her. She was prepared for the worst as it seemed like the wolves were getting faster with every step she took. She was about to give up running when an arrow flew from nowhere and struck one of the wolves. More arrows followed from a particular direction, indicating that someone was rescuing her. Gina watched out for the arrows, aware of the risk of being hit herself. As she continued running for her life, she spotted a horse approaching her with a man wielding a bow and arrow. The man reached for her arms, grabbed her roughly, and pulled her up onto the horse. Gina held onto the man's clothing tightly, preventing herself from falling off as the gal
"Oh my goodness!!, Xindy what should do now?" Gina asked already tensed up "I really think you should see him now before it gets too late, you have nowhere to hide, the guards are currently everywhere around the city and they'll be back here soon" Xindy said "No, I can't see him, you really need to help me out, please help me talk to him, you're a... "No please, I'm so sorry but I can't help you, I'm also scared of the Alpha, everyone is! I don't want to be beheaded, please understand with me" Xindy pleaded, leaving Gina to her own fate. At that point, Gina knew she was all alone, she just had to walk her self to him before he finds her himself. she left her cell and headed for the Alpha's chamber. As soon as she got to his door, she prayed silently within her heart before knocking on the door, and instantly, she heard his cold voice ushering her in. She walked into the room and met him sitting on an ancient swivel chair with a tobacco paper on his hand. "Where are you coming from
A scream tore from Ralph's throat as Gina toppled over the edge. But before gravity claimed her, a strong grip clamped onto her wrist. Boris, eyes wide with shock, had lunged forward, snatching her back from the abyss. He dragged her back onto the rooftop, her heart hammering against her ribs; she couldn’t believe she just saw her life flash before her eyes in a second. Gina sat sprawled on the concrete, gasping for breath, the world tilting around her.Ralph’s face held a mixture of shock and relief as he stared at her for a while. Silence stretched for a lifetime, finally broken by Boris's gravelly voice. "Where's the staff?" he rasped, eyes narrowed at Gina. His grip on her wrist had loosened, but the question held her pinned where she sat. Gina, still panting for breath, looked up at him with a shaky smile. "I think I dropped it," she admitted, embarrassment creeping up her face. Before Boris could respond, a gruff voice cut through the stillness. Ralph, pushing past Boris with a
“He’s gone to get the staff from Boris; after this, he’ll leave for good,” Ivy announced, making Gina’s heart drop.“Where is he now? I need to find him,” Gina said as she got up immediately.“I’m not trying to stop you, but you can’t just go out there without a plan. It’s dangerous out there,” Ivy warned. Gina walked towards her and held her hands in hers.“Ivy, please tell me where he is. That is all I ask. I promise that I won’t try to stop him from leaving; I just want to have a last talk with him,” Gina pleaded, which was only a lie. There was no way she would let Ralph sacrifice himself just for her to live. Even though she didn’t have a plan yet, she was sure she would come up with an idea, whether smart or a dumb one. She was more focused on the end result, which was stopping him from leaving. She held Ivy’s hands, silently hoping that would be enough to convince her.“I don’t know, Gina. Ralph would be really mad at me if you get hurt,” Ivy said, trying to pull her hands out
“i’ll follow the rules. I will have to look for a way to get rid of you and take zayn with me,” Ralph said as he stared at her, as though waiting for her reaction.Gina stared at him for a while, her expression almost comical. Shock and disappointment were etched on her face as she did. “Uhmm… I see,” Gina finally let out, her shock still evident. Ralph stared on silently, his eyes pinned on her face. And then slowly, a small smile appeared on his lips.“I was only messing with you, silly. Don’t tell me you fell for that?” Ralph asked with a smile as he playfully pinched the tip of her nose. The playful pinch to her nose sent a spark of laughter dancing in Gina's eyes, dispelling the shock that had momentarily settled there. Relief flooded her in a warm wave, replacing the tensed look on her face.“Don’t ever make such a joke with me again; that wasn’t funny,” Gina said with a smile, playfully hitting his chest."Don’t tell me you actually believed that I’ll choose anything over you?"
As Gina paced around the room, her mind filled with worry and panic, Ralph, seated in a corner of the room, watched Gina pace with an understanding but pensive gaze. He could sense her worry and panic; the staff wasn’t some random object that someone like Boris could have in his possession. An object like that could destroy the entire world in a second with just a little effort."It's okay, I'll get the staff back, I promise," Ralph said, reaching out to gently hold her in place, his eyes reflecting a sincerity that only seemed to agitate Gina further."You say it's okay? Do you realize what's at stake here? That staff is not just some random object, Ralph! How could you even think of trading something that holds the safety of the entire world just to save one person!? Was it even worth it?" Gina said, almost yelling.Ralph held her gaze for a while, as though at a loss for words, but he answered, “You are not just ‘one person,’ Gina. You and Zayn are my only priorities. I’m going to
Back on the beach, Ralph's worry deepened as the minutes stretched into an eternity. After about 15 minutes of waiting without any trace of her, he decided to go to the female’s restroom in search of her even though he knew it wasn’t right. Upon entering the restroom, it was eerily quiet, the only sound was the distant crash of waves against the shore. Panic clutched at his chest as he scanned the vacant room, finding only her abandoned phone on the floor, its screen shattered. His heart pounded as he picked it up, a premonition of impending trouble settling over him. Confusion and fear intertwined as he stared at the broken screen, contemplating his next move. Before he could gather his thoughts, a new message flashed across the damaged display. Unknown Number: you really thought you could protect her, didn’t you? A chill ran down his spine as he read the text, trembling hands gripping her damaged phone tightly, anger welling up within him. Frustration boiled over, and he couldn't c
A surprised smile touched Gina's lips. It wasn't the question she had expected. She glanced at Ralph, a mix of shock and amusement as she stared. “So, where are we going” gina asked with a smile Ralph smiled, a glimmer of excitement in his eyes. "you once mentioned that you wanted to go to a beach” Gina's eyes sparkled with surprise and delight. "A beach? That would be amazing." She said with a blush as she bites her lips in attempt to contain her smile. But he walked up to her, took her hands and pulled her into a warm embrace. “i want us to make the best of the little time we have together” he said stroking her hair gently while gina nodded with a tight smile even though he clearly couldn’t see her nod as her head was resting against his chest. The Next Day the sun hung lazily in the sky, casting a warm glow on the sandy shores of the beach. The rhythmic sounds of waves crashing against the shore created a soothing melody as Gina and Ralph strolled hand in hand along the water
Gina stared on for a while with a blank expression, him getting the staff only meant one thing; that was the end of the road for both of them, he was definitely leaving and they would probably never see again.“are you okay?” he whispered, bringing her out of her thoughtsGina forced a smile as she answered “yes. I—uhm, i’m glad you finally got it”He remained quiet, staring at her, trying to figure out what really was going on in her head.“so, when are you leaving?” gina asked“as soon as i’m able to get a hold of boris, i can’t leave him roaming around here because he is a threat to your safety” he answered, still staring at her trying to read her expression“okay, that’s great!” she said, ones again with a fake smile“that’s the fakest smile I’ve ever seen. You can tell me what’s on your mind” he asked after failing to figure out what she was thinking.“your hand, it needs to be treated” gina said taking the bandage and a pair of scissors while ralph watched quietly as she gently
“i’m sorry about how i’ve been treating you lately, i was just annoyed that i have dragged you into my own mess. If i hadn’t gotten you involved in the first place, then boris wouldn’t have seen you as an easy target and a way to get to me” ralph said, changing the topic“what do you mean?” gina asked“boris is out in search of you, i think he’s trying to use you as a bait to stop me from collecting the staff” ralph answeredGina fell into a deep silence, her mind racing with thoughts and emotions she couldn't put into words. Just as the silence became almost unbearable, her phone beeped loudly, jolting her from her thoughts. It was a phone call from Natalie. Gina hesitated for a moment, then decided not to answer it. She swiped up her phone to text her friend instead. As she unlocked her phone, she found series of frantic texts from Natalie. "Are you there?" "Hang on, the police are on their way."Gina's heart pounded in her chest. The reality of their situation hit her like a bolt
Ralph had returned home. Anxiety had gnawed at his ride back home, making it impossible to focus on anything other than Gina's safety. When he found her missing from the house, he had hurried to Ivy, a mixture of panic and anger coursing through him."Where's Gina?" Ralph demanded, his voice strained with worry and irritation.Ivy turned to him, her expression a mix of shock and confusion. "She went out, Ralph. She's with her friend, Natalie."Ralph's eyes flared with anger. "Why would you let her go out after all i told you?" His voice held a note of accusation.Ivy sighed, her patience wearing thin. "I suggested she reconsider, but she insisted. Besides, if you hadn't been avoiding her or if you had at least told her what was going on, maybe it would have made sense."Frustration welled up within Ralph as he realized the consequences of his recent behaviour. He didn't have time to explain himself to Ivy. He needed to find gina before boris finds her first. He snatched Ivy's phone fr
