Who is Lady Vivian?

Was Mr Kay already married before?

For the 100th time in 2 days I asked myself again.. What did I get my self into?!!

The next morning I woke up very early and found the kitchen, there was already a cook and some staff working there… I had decided that I would try to start this marriage on a good note. I was going to make my new husband breakfast.

I had woken by 4am so it took me almost 4 hours to finish the cooking.

I finished the meal and set it on the table by just as Mr kay came down the stairs in another stunning suit. Once again, I was stunned by how handsome he was.

“Good morning I greeted him”, he was fixing his tie, he just looked up at me and went back to fixing up his tie..

I made you breakfast I chirped trying not to be discouraged by his frown.

He didn’t reply so I started dishing out the food for him.

“Oh silly me I forgot the fork, let me just go and get it…” I realised as I hurried back to the kitchen, 

But on my return, He was no where to be found….

“Where is Alpha Kayden” I asked a maid passing by.

He already left for work madam she said, 

“Oh nooo he forgot his breakfast” I said noticing the dining table, no problem I thought, ill just take it to him at the office!

I hurriedly got dressed and put on a pretty pink sundress, packaged the food and asked one of his many drivers to take me to him.

When we reached his office, I was shocked at how magnificent and how big his company was. 

I knew that he was wealthy but I didn’t realise just how wealthy he was.

Everything in the building was so sleek and high technology.

I could see several unfamiliar powerful pack members walking around and joking with themselves.

Even the staff there were dressed in very expensive outfits that I couldn’t even afford.

Most of the most female staff looked like high fashion models, tall slim and beautiful…. I looked out of place with my small statue and cheap simple gown.

I tried to gather my confidence and keep a smile on my face but all my confidence disappeared when I met his secretary /assistant.

With beautiful red hair and pretty thick lips, she was easily one of the most beautiful women I had ever seen. Her table was located just before his office, so I had to go through her before I could enter Alpha Kaydens office.

“Excuse me, good afternoon”, I said timidly… she didn’t even look up at me, she just continued typing on her laptop.

“Excuse me” I said again louder. 

She looked at me with a frown clearly annoyed with me already.

“What do you want?” She said irritatedly.

“I’m here to see Alpha Kayden ” I answered.

She looked at me up and down slowly sizing me up, clearly not impressed with my look. I felt very uncomfortable in my cheap sundress.

“Do you have an appointment?”….

“No I …..” before I could answer she immediately went back to typing on her laptop, ignoring me.

“I’m I’m his wife”…

Immediately she paused, and looked back at me.. 

She sized me up again and suddenly burst into mocking laughter.

Are you seriously trying to tell me that Alpha Kayden married someone like you?

You don’t even look like someone who can be a Luna.

That’s truly Pathetic”.

She stood up and went in to inform him of my presence.

She returned a second later and motioned for me to go in, but before I passed her, she stopped me and whispered in my ear.

“A word of advice…, don’t get too comfortable in that house,… Alpha Kayden doesn’t play with his toys for too long…. Trust me, I know from experience.”

I felt like I had been slapped. 

I tried hard not to think on what she just said, his past was his past, he was married to me now.

I found him busy writing something on some papers.

I knocked lightly as I entered. “ Alpha?...You forgot you’re breakfast “.

He looked up and eyed me with a frown.

“I thought you might be hungry so I brought it here”, he stared at me silently until I felt hot and uncomfortable.

I quickly walked and dropped the flask on his desk. 

He abruptly got up and walked up to me so quickly that I didn’t have time to react.

He pushed me backwards until my butt hit his table.

He ran his hands up my thighs and tried to pull my sleeves down, I pushed away his hands, shocked at his actions.

He pushed my hands away and grabbed my neck with his hand, scaring me.

“I thought you had come to your senses this morning, Didn’t I make it clear that I can do whatever I want to you?”

The way he said it made me shiver.

“I thought you were here to offer yourself to me, What gives you the right to come to my office like this?”

I gasped at him, “isn’t a wife allowed to visit her husband at his work place”

He laughed menacingly at me, “is that what you think our arrangement is?” 

"Forget that binding ceremony we had. You are nothing but a toy to me…, and I can do whatever I want with the toys I buy” he said, pushing me to lay down on the table and forcefully kissing me, he roughly gathered my sundress and pushed it up to my hips.

I was too scared to struggle with him.

How do you fight off the most powerful Alpha in the continent?.

My heart beat so fast, this is not what I ever expected my mate to be like. This was a cold hearted monster.
