Chapter 1. Being with my fiancé’s childhood friend

"What does it feel like to have an affair with your fiancé's childhood friend?"

The first time Wen Li went to Huo Yuanchen's house to spend the night, she had no experience and followed his pace several times.

There was no trace of lust on Huo Yuanchen's face with distinct features, and even his upper body clothes were still intact. His cold and abstinent look actually made her heart fluctuate.

Wen Li needed a favor from him, so she didn't dare spoil his mood. She endured the pain in her body, put her hands around his neck, tilted her head back, and kissed him in a flattering manner.

He dodged and kissed his Adam's apple.

Wen Li couldn't stand the coldness in his eyes, so she begged him in a soft voice, "Professor Huo, can you turn off the lights?"

Hearing that, he simply reached out and unzipped her skirt, stripping her naked.

Wen Li was not wearing a bra, and there was nothing underneath.

He glanced at me a few times and said sarcastically, "Are you trying to seduce me?"

Wen Li blushed. She did have this thought in mind, but she didn't expect him to say it to her face.

When the two were in perfect harmony, Wen Li's phone rang. She glanced at the screen and suddenly became a little nervous, wanting to quietly hang up the phone.

Huo Yuanchen also saw it and sneered, "You didn't even answer your fiancé's call?"

He held both of her hands, pinning her under him, and used his other hand to help her connect the phone. He stared at her deeply, with no expression on his face except for a little sweat on his forehead.

Wen Li's whole body tensed up. She bit her lips tightly, afraid that even the slightest sound would be heard.

There was a noisy background noise on the other end of the phone, and a cute girl was giggling. It was her fiancé's childhood sweetheart, who was now unscrupulously saying, "Brother Jinnian, don't pinch my waist. Your fiancée will be jealous if she finds out."

Immediately afterwards, Wen Li heard her fiancé's voice, saying, "What is Wen Li?"

The people around them started to cheer and shouted at them, "Give them a kiss, give them a kiss..."

Wen Li didn't dare to make a sound. She looked at the man on her body for help. He raised his eyebrows at her, his eyes full of playfulness. She couldn't stand his gaze, so she turned her head away and saw two bodies entangled in love in the mirror at the head of the bed.

His tie was loose, and two buttons of his shirt were undone, revealing his delicate collarbone and neckline. He looked at her with a wanton and critical gaze. She lay under him like a fish on a chopping board waiting to be slaughtered.

The call continued. Xiao Qingmei's voice became louder, as if she was holding the phone closer, and she said, "Brother Jinnian is drunk and wants to sleep at my house. I won't come to see you tonight."

Someone interrupted, "Jinnian went to your house just to sleep? Don't you do anything else?"

Xiao Qingmei snorted disdainfully, "If Brother Jinnian and I really have a relationship, how can it be Wen Li's turn?"

Wen Li was pinned down by Huo Yuanchen, her voice almost unable to be suppressed and bursting out.

"Don't you want to say anything?" The man bit her neck with a cold tone.

Wen Li couldn't help herself and she said "hmm" softly and tenderly, which was so sweet and charming that it could make anyone soften their bones.

The voice on the other end of the phone stopped abruptly, probably because he hung up.

Huo Yuanchen looked at her blushing face with indifference. She looked as beautiful as a fairy. After a while, he sneered and said, "It's boring."

He grabbed her waist and turned her over, letting her be on top. "Will it be?"

A look of helplessness flashed across Wen Li's flushed face.

He looked at her coldly for a while, raised his eyebrows and asked her, "Really?"

Wen Li nodded, looking embarrassed.

He sneered twice without any emotion, and motioned her to hug him tightly. The two of them hugged each other tightly, and they were so close that they were inseparable.

When it was almost over, Wen Li thought vaguely: Huo Yuanchen usually looks cold and abstinent, like an unattainable flower on the mountain top, but in bed he can let go and has many ways to torment people.

She fell on the bed exhausted and smelled his lingering scent on the sheets. She felt empty inside and just wanted to have a good sleep.

The man on her body was already dressed, with his collar buttoned neatly. He looked very gentle and refined, completely different from the passionate man he had just been in bed.

He threw the clothes to her and said, "Go away."

"Can't I stay?" Wen Li asked aggrievedly. The blush on her face had not yet faded. She felt lazy and didn't want to move a finger.

"I'm not used to it." Huo Yuanchen turned around and opened the window. He didn't want the room to be filled with her scent.

From her perspective, his back looked distant, and he didn't look like he was willing to have anything to do with her.

Wen Li picked up her clothes slowly. She had chosen a bright red backless dress tonight, which exposed a large area of her fair back, a pair of beautiful and vivid butterfly bones, and a slim waist that was faintly visible. This was her carefully selected "battle suit". But now it looked a little ridiculous.

She was silent for a while, then spoke in a low, hoarse voice, sounding quite pitiful, "Professor Huo, I really have no other choice, can you..."

Huo Yuanchen interrupted her coldly and said, "Who you want to be angry with has nothing to do with me. Considering my relationship with your fiancé, I can pretend that what happened tonight never happened."

After saying that, his eyes swept over the red wine she had put down earlier. It was a prop she brought specially to warm up the audience. "Take all your things away. They are too cheap. I don't like them."

Wen Li could hear the sarcasm in his words. She tried hard to force a smile, said nothing, took the wine and left.

In his eyes, not only the wine was cheap, but also her.

...

When Wen Li got up the next day, he felt terribly uncomfortable.

Huo Yuanchen was too cruel last night, turning her over and over several times. She had no experience and didn't know that the most uncomfortable thing was after the fact, so she let him toss her around. She didn't feel anything at the time, but after she slept, her body couldn't take it anymore and she felt pain all over.

But she had to go to Hai City University today to discuss the shooting of a promotional video. After struggling for a while, she gritted her teeth and put on her high heels to go out.

When she was parking her car at school, she received a call from her mother, asking her how the search for the special medicine was going.

Wen Li's father had just finished chemotherapy last week, and his recovery was not optimistic. The doctor recommended a new drug to them, which was said to be very effective. However, because the drug was so effective, it was hard to find, and the hospital could not get it, so the patient had to figure it out on her own.

Pratt's patent is in the hands of Huo Yuanchen.

Wen Li rubbed his temples and gently comforted his mother not to worry.

"Don't worry, the medicine is already in place and will be delivered to you in two days."

"Your father's blood oxygen concentration is too low, and he has just been rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment." The mother choked up and said, "Xiao Li, please urge your friends again. No matter how much it costs, we will buy it."

Wen Li glanced at the red marks on her body reflected in the rearview mirror, suppressed the anxiety and uneasiness in her heart, and said, "I know. I'll do it as soon as possible."

During the few minutes she was on the phone, the parking space she had her eyes on was taken by someone else. She got out of the car to argue with the other party, but by coincidence, the other party's car window was lowered, revealing Huo Yuanchen's cold and distant face.

Wen Li immediately put on a flattering smile, "Professor Huo, what a coincidence."

Huo Yuanchen raised his eyelids to look at her and said coldly, "What's the matter?"

"I'm not a good driver, can you help me stop the car, Professor Huo?"

When she asks people for help, there is an unconsciously fake sweetness in her voice, which is very artificial, but with her bright and flamboyant face, it doesn't seem out of place. On the contrary, there is a kind of cuteness that others can't learn.

As she spoke, her smile got bigger, and she said tenderly, "My body aches today, and I can't use any strength."

The tone was ambiguous and the intention was obvious. She wanted him to consider their friendship last night and not be so ruthless.

She put her arms on the car door and had to bend down. Her collar was slightly open, and the "strawberries" he had planted himself last night were faintly visible.

Huo Yuanchen glanced at it and looked away, "It's inconvenient."

As he said this, he was about to close the car window.

Wen Li quickly reached out to block it and asked in a delicate voice, "Professor Huo, what's inconvenient?"
