Chapter Ninety-Three

"You should report her to the Council." Aaron suggested as soon as we came out of the cell. He was appointed as my personal bodyguard and it felt good to finally see someone protect me.

"I'll do so now. I can't let this slide, this is the opportunity I have to finally get rid of her. If she gets a mole in the palace, it'll be much easier for her to escape and that will only put my life in more danger."

He nodded. "And that's why reporting this to the Council can help you in your plans. They'll could give a decision that can help get rid of her. I know she's making plans on how to escape."

It actually felt really good talking to Aaron, I felt he could be another Henry whom I could trust without being afraid.

"But what do you really think? Don't you think they might get angry at me?"

"Speak to Master Beowulf, he won't get annoyed at you."

I nodded and smiled. "Thanks Aaron, I'm sure I can trust you."

He chuckled softly and bowed his head. "Yes ma'am, I'm always here to support you."
