Chapter Eighty-Five

Staring at him made me wonder if he would ever forgive me for abandoning him. I never for once abandoned him and I wished he would know that. I was more focused in getting myself out of all the troubles I was put in.

I was happy that he was right in front of me but his expression didn't give anything away, he was emotionless.

Finally, he walked towards me and pulled me in for a tight hug, never wanting to let me go. I was excited that he forgave me and was no longer angry with me. I knew they would have told him everything that happened.

It even felt more devasting knowing the truth that he was not my blood brother. I still loved him and nothing was going to change that. I was just happy that he didn't listen to anyone's bad advice against me.

When I finally released myself from his grip, there was a huge smile on his face. "I've missed you, sister."

My face brightened up as he used the word sister. It was so good that he still acknowledged me as his sister and I still liked him as
