DENVER'S P.O.V

“Sir, our guests have arrived.”

“Please, welcome them in.” He turned to leave when I stopped him. “Mark?”

“Yes?” He turned. “Is there something else you want me to do?”

“I need you to send some maids and servants to work on the empty quarters beside the gamma quarter. The guests will be making use of it for the meantime.”

“Yes, sir.” He left.

I left my office, heading for my room to meet with Skylar. I opened the door, meeting her asleep. Then I shut the door, heading down for the sitting room.

There were about five of them, just as my father-in-law had said. Then two men who had brought them here. “Sir,” they all bowed their heads.

“How is Mr Richardson?” I asked.

“He wasn't able to come today, but will do so some other time.” One of the men replied.
