The room is dark as it pairs with the cold wind, passing every person on the room.

It wasn't a steady wind that Catherine always enjoy. It has shadow and it encircle on their head. The gold glow follows its path leaving some small dust on her shoulder.

Right in front of her was an old man lying on the bed. Catherine looks at every face on that room. At a young age, she wasn't scared. She was confused and innocent by the burial she witnessed. They were sobbing and wiping their green tears. 

Her Dad holds the old man's hand. Her aunt and their whole family follows. Catherine hold Muka's shoulder, same as Muka who is holding Xperia's hand. 

"As I go, this power will only work for the good one."

As soon her grandpa said that word, a light coming from nowhere glows. Her aunties burst into tears as they slowly kneel in front of him. 

Catherine saw the light passes through her dad's arm like a thunder. Her dad's head bend a little controlling the power he's holding. The light passes again to her aunt and the next one in it.

When the light is going to the grandchildren. Xperia screams in pain as she felt the merge of her and their grandfather's power. Next stop is Muka, She cannot control the power she's holding so it burst out on her hand and hits the vase on the table. 

The whole family didn't mind the damages. Their eyes are still close as they feel the electricity passing them. It felt like they are already expecting it. 

 Catherine in her innocent gesture, almost let her hand go. But the thread that connects them didn't let her. It quickly attach to her body causing her eyes to glow. She screams in pain. A pain that she didn't experience before. A mixture of power and hatred. Every glass on the mansion starts to break and the wind blew harder.

A sudden dark surround her vision. 

"Catherine..." a voice of a man called her from afar. 

Catherine felt scared as the surrounding became clearer and the voice is getting closer. She finds herself floating in the clouds. Catherine cannot balance her body so she's always turning upside down. 

A small giggle burst on her. But the nervousness and the curiosity is still on her. 

Where am I? 

As her head spinning, she spotted a figure like human inches away from her spot. He is glowing from light. Catherine can't stand looking at him, she closed her eyes and just felt his presence. Catherine felt his touch on her forehead. Her movement got steady and her body is laying. 

"Catherine!" a loud voice bangs her eardum. 

Catching her breath from shock, Catherine wakes up from passing. As soon as she opened her eyes, his dad's worried face embrace her. 

"Are you alright?", His dad ask her and lift her to the bed. 

Muka and Xperia stares at her worriedly. Her aunt also ask her if she's okay. 

"I-I'm alright, Dad."

His dad touches her face and hug her tightly. Catherine can feel how worried his dad. But why? 

"Did you see someone?"  her aunt Mary ask. 

Catherine got confused and look at his dad's eyes. His dad's grip tighten on her dress. He felt nervous. Everyone is nervous. 

"N-no one" her voice trembled. 

They all gave out big breath. Muka and Xperia sit beside her and brushes her shoulder. His dad stands and followed his aunt who immediately ran after she answered. They seems not convinced by Catherine's answer. Is it matter if she saw someone? Their voices are loud and clear from arguing even though they ran outside. 

"Are you really Okay, Cathy?" Muka's question cut the noises from their parent's fight. Her voice is full of concern. She quickly lean on Catherine's shoulder. 

"I got scared... Cathy". Muka added. 

Cathy lift Muka's head. Her bangs almost covered her face. Catherine spotted some trace of tears from her red cheeks. 

Muka got her mother's aura. Cute and bubbly. The Casimir has the same eyes which is brown. Their black and white hair run through their genes just like Catherine. 

"Don't be scared, I am here already". Catherine softly said and hug Muka. 

"Are you telling the truth?" Xperia asked. She's in the back sitting. 

Catherine notices her but her attention got stolen by his grandpa's trace of dust from the bed. It's gone. Completely gone. 

Xperia notices that Catherine ignored her so she block her sight and ask again. Her short and black hair gives her more aura and poker face. Xperia has their aunt Benedicia's face and attitude, even she's not her daughter, she inherit their aunt strong and smart aura. 

" Answer me. Are you telling the truth?" 

Xperia suddenly grab Catherine's arm. 

"What are you doing, Xperia?" Muka stand on her feet and stole Catherine's arm from her. 

Catherine just keep silent and look down. 

"Answer me, Catherine. Did you see something?" Xperia asks again. 

"Stop it, Xperia. Can't you see, Catherine is not feeling well". Muka argued back and look at Catherine who's about to cry. 

Xperia also looks at Catherine. Her angry face didn't change at all. She looks at Muka and back at Catherine. 

Disappointment shown on Xperia's face as she stares Muka. 

"So you're taking her side now?" Xperia still stares at Muka. 

Muka face Xperia. She grab her hand and pull her away from Catherine. With just a blink of an eye, they are on the window already. Talking like an adult. Xperia and Muka has the same age like Catherine. They are born on the same day, same moon. Approximately, Their age is still young for a witch. They need 4 more moons to be an adult. But Xperia and Muka raised differently. They think like an adult rather than Catherine who is raised like mortal. 

Muka breath heavily before saying anything. There is something ain't right from Xperia today. Why is she talking like that. They are cousin. They should comfort each other. Catherine is new from their family. She just got accepted and she needs more time to adjust. 

"I'm not taking anyone side, Xperia. Don't do this" 

"Do what?... You know what will happen if she saw someone. We will all gonna be in danger". 

Muka look at Catherine worriedly and back at Xperia. Her expression change. She's confuse and already pissed. 

"She said she didn't saw anyone, Why aren't you trusting her?" 

"Because she's Xep-" Xperia stops from talking and stares away from Muka. Regret immediately shadowed her. 

"Why did you stop... Just like the first time she got here, you already think that way. She's not a Xepher. She proved it. If you don't like her, then you better stay away from us!..."

Muka slowly closed her eyes and look away. She immediately regret what she said. Why is she acting like this. She doesn't understand herself either. 

Xperia didn't wait for Muka to say anything and grab her arm back. She stares at her completely lost. Xperia felt an ache on her heart for the first time. She doesn't understand Mura anymore. 

She jump out on the window while tears falls on her cheeks. She wipes it and grip herself together. She's not gonna be weak. She was trained to be strong. 

Muka looks at Xperia running away until she's gone from her sight. Muka knows that Xperia is just emotionally tired. She's the closest granddaughter to their grandpa and the eye of the family. The pressure are on her since she's the most suitable Casimir in the family. Strong and smart. 

Muka immediately ran to Catherine back. She sits besides her and later on, hug her from the side. 

"Don't mind her, she's overacting". She lift the hair back on her ear. 

Catherine can't hold herself anymore. She hugs her and felt the warm on Catherines body. Only if she could tell them. But she doesn't know why is it important if she saw someone or not. She sense her dad's nervousness a while ago that's why she didn't tell the truth. 

Catherine know her dad so well. The way her dad's grip felt. She know they will be in trouble if she'll tell the truth. 

They were running away all her life from danger. Hiding from all the accusation. This time, she will not ruin the sacrifice of her mom and dad for her. Now that she found her family. 

Only if she's born completely normal.
