Chapter 5

After coming back from their lunch, they proceeded to their office. But before Yara could close the door, someone stopped it from closing.

"Hi!" The man said. Yara furrowed her forehead. "Anything I can do for you, Sir?" Yara asked. Kairo saw there was someone at the door talking to Yara. "Who is it, Yara?" Kairo asked and came out from his office. Kylo and Buster came out too because of Kairo's voice. Kenzo, even inside his room, can see the people outside through the magic mirror wherein you can see the outside view while the people can't see what's inside. He creased his forehead seeing a medical doctor standing at the door.

Yara opened the door widely for her bosses to see who's their visitor. "Dr. Hernandez, what a surprise? You rarely visited us here unless you needed to refer a client for us." Kylo said looking at the doctor with puzzlement in his face. "Come in." Buster said thinking that the doctor will refer another client for them. The doctor timidly smiled and looked at Yara.

"Oh, I'm not here for you guys. I wanted to give this dessert to your pretty secretary but when I looked at your table, you're already gone." Hank said shyly handling a cathedral to Yara. The three men raised their brow with an “Oh” on their handsome faces. "Thank you." Yara said and awkwardly smiled. "I'll go now, hope you enjoy it." Hank said and left immediately without introducing himself to Yara.

"Tsk tsk tsk. I think we need to impose rules and regulations about courting our belle." Buster said smiling. "I agree. We need to schedule them. The am shift is for Mr. Lawyer. The noon shift is for Mr. Doctor. The third shift...hhhmmm." Kylo said looking at Yara. "What do you think, Yara?" Buster said.

Yara placed the dessert on her table. She looked at her bosses and smiled. "I already have my bosses who were the most good-looking men in this building and I think my head will hurt the whole time attending to their needs so I will not have an extra time dealing with them." Yara said and left the three men smiling.

When Yara came back from the washroom, she saw Kenzo at her table. She furrowed her brows. "Sir Vasquez, is there anything you need?" Yara said but the man didn't answered. Kenzo was surprised because Yara went out too early. His mouth is still full of the cathedral he ate. "Tsndi ksjjs kkshsh jsbwid." Kenzo said but didn't understand any word. Yara saw Kenzo's mouth and she looked at her table.

"You ate my dessert!?" Yara said with her eyes widely opened. Kenzo swallowed the food inside his mouth. "It's delicious, I can't stop myself from eating it." Kenzo said and immediately went back to his office. Yara rolled her eyes. She planned to bring it home for Dream but the jerk ate it all. Kairo, Kylo, and Buster saw what Kenzo did and all they can do is just shake their heads. "Why all of a sudden, their friend became a childish jerk?"

Time passed by so quickly. It's already five in the afternoon.

“Ken, it's Sky's birthday today, right?" Kairo asked. "Yeah, she told me that I should come home with you guys together with your gifts." Kenzo said that made his friends smiled. "How old is she now?" Kylo asked. "She turning nine today." Kenzo said. "We should go because I'm sure, she will be here tomorrow early in the morning to scold us." Buster said and the rest laughed.

"I'm leaving first, see you tomorrow, Sir Kairo, Sir Kylo, Sir Buster." Yara said that made Kenzo raised his brow. "Sir Vasquez." Yara continued that made Kenzo more annoyed. "Why you're calling them in their first name and me on my surname!?" Kenzo asked in a serious tone. Yara smiled sweetly looking at Kenzo that made the latter gulped. "Oh heavens, the witch's smile." Kenzo said to himself.

"Sir Kenzo Vasquez, is that ok, Sir?" Yara asked with sarcasm in her voice. "Much better." Kenzo said that made Yara rolled her eyes. "Yara, why don't you join us. Because this is your first day, I first planned that we're going to a fine dine in to celebrate but since, it's Kenzo's sister's birthday, let's celebrate it there." Kairo said. "But Sir Kairo, I already had a free meal a while ago, it must be too burdensome to our  chief here if I unexpectedly join you." Yara said hoping that Kenzo would agree not to allow her to join but to her dismay, Kenzo agreed.

"Oh, that would be nice Ms. Yara Gomez, the more, the merrier. My sister will be happy to see a new face on her birthday but of course, she will be more happy if you will bring a gift." Kenzo said trying to piss Yara. "Don't mind him, Yara, he's only teasing you. Sky is a humble kid, she doesn't want material things. She just to be with her friends and family on her birthday." Kylo said.

The five of them left the building. Yara can't stopped herself from drooling because of the cars of her bosses. Buster rode his Audi A4. Kylo is with his Volvo S90. Kairo rode his Ford Ranger Raptor. And Kenzo his BMW Z4. She rode at Kenzo's car because he pulled her and insisted that she should be with her because he's a good driver leaving his friends dumbfounded.

"We haven't met any accidents yet." Buster said. "Let him be." Kylo said smiling. "Let's go, stop protesting." Kairo said. The three men followed Kenzo who sped up causing Yara to hold tightly because she wasn't still wearing her seatbelt. "Ooopppsss, sorry!" Kenzo sarcastically said. Yara wanted to get down from the car but Kenzo locked the door. He stopped the car and helped Yara put her seatbelt.

"Let me." Kenzo said that made Yara blushed. Their faces are inch closer making Yara smelled Kenzo' perfume. She closed her eyes so as not to see Kenzo's face. Kenzo finished putting the seatbelt, he looked at Yara's face. He gulped when he saw her lips that was near to his. He automatically got closer but Yara opened her eyes. They were both shocked and the man returned to his seat immediately. Kenzo cleared his throat and started the engine. They are both quite inside the car but their heartbeats were faster that the racing horses.

After 30 minutes drive, they reached the old house. At the same time, Olivia's car arrived to. When Kenzo opened the door for Yara, the latter went out but became pale.

"Mommy! You're here too?" Dream shouted and happily ran towards her aunt. The four men looked at each other with one question in their heads, "Mommy!?"
