Xander's POVIt was an early morning of the weekend, I woke up and rushed to Gabbie's room. I visited her yesterday and she told me she wants to go home already so we hit the road back together. She has been constantly giving me a smile of sangfroid and her eyes tell me she's not healed yet. She must be faking it to ease my worry but she doesn't have to do that. I want her to pour it all to me so I could make her feel better in any way I know.Yet, she still chose to sleep alone last night and I willingly gave her the space she needed.I unlocked the door to her room without even knocking and I was surprised to see her already up coz I expected her to be resting by now. She was fresh from the bathroom and wearing her underwear. Then she took out a bra from her closet and found it hard to hook it from the back. She seems running out of time and so I quickly came near her to help her do it.She was facing a whole body mirror and by then she realized that I came. She looked at me from my
3rd Person's POVGabbie reached the bar where Clyde enjoined her to come. It was so early in the morning and so the bar was still closed at that time. However, she was instantly ushered the moment she went down her car after parking outside. This was the presentation she was talking about to Xander. If meeting her husband's foe would count as one then it is. It was Clyde's message that says he got good evidence to prove that her father was killed by Mr. Alejandro that she rushed her way to him, lying to her husband. She arrived at a closed room and saw Clyde already sitting and waiting there for her. "You're here, sit," he extended his hand pointing to the red hard couch but Gabbie refused."What evidence are you talking about?"Clyde then stood up and came near her. "Give me your phone," he said and Gabbie looked at him, trying to confirm his intentions in his eyes. Clyde opened his palm and waited for the girl to comply and so she did.But instead of giving a file or maybe transfer
3rd Person's POVIt was such a long day for Clyde so he awarded himself with a glass of red wine. He was sitting by his sofa, looking over the city night lights through the glass wall of his 20th-floor condominium unit. He doesn't know if he should be happy now for knocking down Xander or be pissed off because that man just never fails to vex his life.Suddenly, the doorbell rang and he already knew who it is. He listlessly treads the distance from the sofa to his door to welcome the visitor."That's not the look I was expecting from you," Jameson commented upon seeing Clyde's lifeless demeanor. The man just sighed and left the door open for him as he went back to his comfortable sofa."Didn't you have a blast in beating the shit out of him? I heard he was wounded heavily." Jameson went straight to the kitchen to store the fruits and other groceries he bought on the way."Yes, I had," Clyde answered but Jameson didn't believe it since the tone was rather boring."I bought a new wine.
3rd Person's POVGabbie went to Xander's room and saw him getting ready for work. "Are you sure you're good?" she confirmed as she searched out some necktie for him in his walk-in closet."Yes, I'm more than good," he said and let Gabbie do his tie. "Oh before I forgot, how was your presentation? Did the panel like it?" he asked and Gabbie froze a second there yet she was brought back to herself promptly."Yeah, they did!" she lied, charily. Xander nodded, "See? You were so worried for nothing." Gabbie only smiled at him and after his necktie was fastened, she escorted him downstairs to the terrace."Are you not going with me?" the man asked and the girl just shook her head."It's ok, you go first. I still have to prepare my things." Xander just agreed to it since there was no time either that they headed to the company in the same car. Gabbie doesn't want it but Xander still offers every day.The man rode his car that hit the road without delay, leaving Gabbie by the porch. When the
3rd Person's POVThe three office mates of Team 3 cannot stay still as they wait for their time of presentation. Lester is constantly reviewing the commercial video as well as his script. On the other hand, Quinn has been praying nonstop at one corner, asking for some guidance. The manager then is also on her seat, staring at one spot while massing up some motivation. She cannot fail this project because Lester and Quinn's future depends on it."Have you heard?" Lester then spared a minute to share some inside information which also caught the attention of the two."Heard what?" Quinn glanced at him."There will be a judge from another country.""What? This must be so serious," she give voice to and Lester only nodded in complete accord."Let's not think negative guys, we have a very great proposal and output to be this worried. As long as we are confident with this, there won't be any problems," Gabbie shared with them some words of encouragement though she, herself, doesn't have it.
3rd Person's POV"Let's fix this," he said clenching his jaw."What is there to fix?""You want me to be honest with you? Ok! Let's be truthful from now on, then. I'm tired also of acting that everything's fine when it's actually not.""Fine. Now tell me your truth, Xander. What do you want?""I want to fuck you right now."Gabbie was froze in place after hearing that. "What did you say?" she was in a state of utter disbelief. Xander started to walk near her and even though Gabbie is seeming brave, she cannot hide her nervousness especially when Xander is looking at her that way."I said, I want to fuck you, so bad, right now." He emphasized every word and the girl could only gulp."What has come to you? Are you drunk? Stop this shit!""Why? Is it so wrong that I want you? I want you so bad, Gabbie that I'm going nuts. I want to pin you down, bite marks on your whole skin, suck you, fill you all my fluid, and plant my seeds in you.""Leave this room, now!""Huh! You want me out? You c
Jameson's POV"Make sure everything is burnished. You hold the program's flow, you understand?" I am now on the technical team, giving final words before the anniversary commences. The sound engineers nodded to me to manifest assimilation of their job's importance in today's event. I took that as aplomb before I stepped out of the room.By the door stood five guards who are stolidly attentive to their assigned space. But why are security guards looking so manly these days? This is giving me some treat, you know. Unluckily, it's not in my bag this time. I have some life-death matter on my hands and giving an eye of duty to the one guard standing on my right is one step of the plan. The guard responded in kind with my unnoticed eyes on him and it tells something around the word trust. He should be taking care of these other bunches of handsome guards upon cued or else I'll be banned in Clyde's bed. This is it, this is the final show.Since Xander planned the program, I have also been
3rd Person's POVThe police captured Xander's father without him resisting. But the way he looked at his son speaks a lot—disappointment, rage, and grief. Xander didn't bat an eyelash since he expected it that way though he cannot face him directly. After all, he is his father. The police all went out meeting the enthralled press. The reporters and other scoop-diggers were just too many that the path was almost blinding due to nonstop flashes of cameras.Xander and Jameson were the only ones left inside the room and they are still looking at each other. Until Xander walked near him, "You happy now?" he gritted his teeth."You think I am? I never told you to do that for me. I should be the one to capture that darn man! Why did you block my way? Why?!""I didn't do that for you. I did it for myself coz I am a victim, too. Yet, unlike you, I didn't use anyone else to claim the justice I want because if appeasing my pain would result in the pain of others, ain't I the same darn man, then
