Chapter 6

Revilla comes out of the bar and looks around. On the opposite side of the road, a black car was parked. Someone was sitting inside and looking at the bar.

A mist was covered all over the place which was intense enough to blind the thing in front. Revilla walks towards the car quickly.

She hops in and puts her handbag aside and gives a warm hug to her so-called boyfriend.

Elijah, A 27 years old man who has not yet found a job to support himself but living under Revilla's salary. The only thing is he owns an apartment and a car.

Wearing ripped jeans, and a sleeveless t-shirt that is enough to show the creepy tattoos of him in his arms. A messy dirty blond hair. A pair of green eyes look fluffy under the influence of drugs. In one word, he is totally in a predicament. He doesn't look decent. At least the gangsters look better than him.

“How is your day baby, did you enjoy yourself with your friends”, His words are neither doubtful nor caring at all. He is just obsessed with her.

‘‘Not good at all Eli. My friend from college year joined my team as a senior”, Revilla sighed a lot, she coughed when the cigarette smoke hit the soft tissues of her nose.

“Can you stop smoking, look at you, Eli. Your lips are turned black under the influence of tobacco”, She touched his dry greyish uneven skin. It's become like this because of tobacco, he rolled his eyes.

“Did you get tired of me baby, you seem to be interested in someone. That's why you look down on me just by simply finding some mistakes on me”, Elijah accelerated the car. She flinched at his words.

What the hell is he thinking right now? She has been worried about him all the time but he simply told her that she is tired of him. If she is tired of him why should she have to be with this kind of beast?

Revilla didn't say anything for a while. Because if she speaks, it will become a mess.

“Tonight, get ready, baby. It's been a while since we did it right”, Elijah shifted his steering while speaking.

“But I have work tomorrow, Eli. Let it pass for tonight, I will make it for the weekend”, she gently refused. Elijah didn't come back home for one week but suddenly showed up in front of the bar and called her. She doesn't want to ask why he suddenly disappeared and suddenly appeared.

It's not only the first time, it's the third time in two months. Thinking of that, she becomes desperate. She doesn't want to fling in the corner, that's why she is still with him, maybe that's the reason.

There is the only reason she is with him, that is he was with her when she needed someone by her side even though Alex was not there as well as Eryx. But now everything is upside down for her, A happy heavenly relationship becomes worse than depression.

Maybe he is already tired of that tiny little snowflake. She tries to hold back her tears. The way he is treating her like a sex toy, her heart hurts.

"You are acting indifferent towards me, what happened to you suddenly”, Elijah asked with a sneer like he is mocking or blaming her for her indifference. Since the mistake is from his side, he has no right to blame her.

“I'm not indifferent, you are the one who always stays outside but now putting the blame on me, aren't you unreasonable”, she shouts her lungs out. He stops the car suddenly, she almost hits her head in the front.

“What the hell Eli, I'm telling the truth right? You were away from home three times this month and refuse to tell me where the hell you were”, The alcohol she consumed gave her a little courage to shout out the problem she has been tolerating all the time.

“Are you doubting me Revilla?”, he narrowed his eyes. It's obvious though.

“You can take it whatever you want Eli but I need to know the reason”, she didn't miss him any moment since they started the argument.

“You go out with your so-called friends often, did I ask you about it? Then why are you arguing with me about this tiny problem”, he shouts his lungs out as she flinches. He has been holding back those thoughts till now, she can't believe he would talk like that.

She is really disappointed and also hurt. She takes her bag and gets out of the car with tears in her eyes. Shut the car door hard and started to walk away from the car.

“Do I care even if you leave me you fucking bitch, don't ever think about coming back to me”, he shouts as she burst out in tears. She closed her mouth to control her cry but she failed, failed to hold back the tears, failed to hold back her whimpering sound.

She walks on the boulevard like an alone kid. He accelerates the car and drives away from her. Her heart pains like it was crushed by something hard. Walking on the street with no one around. She can only see some drunken people since the street is near the bars.

She doesn't know where to go at this hour. Even though the rent of her apartment is paid by her, she doesn't want to see his face anymore.

“Why is this happening to me, I have been tolerating his mistakes but he just blames me”, she whines.

She doesn't have anyone right now other than Eryx, Braylon, and Alex. Alex and Braylon are in the bar and Eryx has already left the bar with his fiance. Who will come to pick her up or will shelter her at this hour? Being left all alone, she almost thought of killing herself.

She takes out her phone and dialed Eryx's number. Hoping for him to shelter her for this only night. As expected of him, he attended to her call in one ring. Mostly he hangs up on everyone, even his fiance.

Hey girl.....

His warm voice makes her heart flutter more in pain. She holds her whimper.
