It was finally lunch and Indianna couldn't be happier. She just wanted to find a quiet corner of the library and be by herself. During her third lesson she had Ace, Greyson's friend, trying to talk to her and then Brandon in the fourth.

She hated it. She wasn't good with people.

She was better alone.

The voice hadn't spoken to her again and Indianna smiled as she opened her locker; maybe she was just nervous and was imagining it? She could hope. She placed her books into her locker and when she shut it, Brooke appeared out of nowhere. "Indianna!" She grinned, making Indianna jump from fright.

"You scared me," Indianna mumbled and Brooke smiled apologetically.

"Sorry," she laughed. "So I thought, considering you don't know anyone, did you want to sit with me and my friends at lunch?"

"Oh..." Indianna bit her lip. "Um, thanks, but I was going to go and do some homework."

"You don't want to meet everyone?"

"I'm fine," Indianna shrugged and Brooke looked at someone behind Indianna.

"I told you that you were a social outcast." Indianna turned round to see Greyson looking down at her, a smirk plastered on his lips.

"Greyson!" Brooke gasped and he grinned.

"What? It's the truth."

"You're an asshole, but you don't see me telling you that."

"Well you kinda just did," he trailed off and winked at Indianna, making her raise her eyebrows at him.

"Oh shut up," Brooke snapped, glaring at Greyson.

"You better watch your mouth, Brooklyn," he warned. "I found Harry and he's looking for you."

"Tell him to piss off," she shrugged and looked back at Indianna just as Ace and Kal walked up to Greyson with another guy that Indianna didn't recognise.

"Speak of the devil," Greyson murmured and looked at the guy, nodding in a greeting. Brooke turned to face him and narrowed her eyes.

"Avoiding me, are we?" He wondered and walked up to Brooke, pushing her up against the lockers. "I don't appreciate being ignored, Brooke."

"I... Er... Well you see-" The guy tutted and kissed her on the lips, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her towards him. "Get off me, Harry," Brooke said, placing her hands against his chest.

"Shut up and kiss me, Brooke," the guy demanded, and surprisingly, Brooke did.

"I think I'm going to puke." Indianna looked at Greyson when he said this, then to Ace and Kal then back to Greyson.

"Well, I'm going to go," she said quietly and turned around and walked off before they could say anything. She managed to find the library and she sat down near the back, taking out her earphones and getting lost in the music. She didn't have any homework to do, she just wanted to be alone.

*Sugar?*

Indianna sighed when she heard the voice and tried to ignore it.

*Indianna, I do not like being ignored.*

*Leave me alone.*

She tried to distract herself from the invading feeling in her head by playing Flappy Birds on her phone, but the voice spoke again.

*Indianna?*

She didn't reply and scowled at the screen when she died, she only got to 9 points.

*Indianna!* The loudness of the voice made her jump and she gritted her teeth. Suddenly a searing pain went shooting through her head and she clutched her head, squeezing her eyes shut in pain.

*What are you doing!* She didn't think she could yell in her head, but she did. *Stop it! It hurts!*

*Then don't ignore me,* the voice snapped. *Apologise, sugar.*

*Make it stop!* She begged. *Please!*

*Apologise.*

*Okay, I'm sorry!* She whimpered and slowly the pain faded. She rubbed her head and glared at the table. *What the hell is wrong with you!*

*I get angry easily, so I advise you do as I say unless you want that to happen again.*

*You're mental!*

*No, I just get angry easily,* the voice repeated and Indianna sighed, leaning back in her chair.

*Please, just tell me what you want with me.* Her voice was pleading and the voice was silent for a moment.

*I want to, sugar-*

*Don't call me sugar.*

*Don't interrupt. I want to tell you, but I don't know if you are ready.*

*Ready for what?*

*The truth.**

What do you mean?*

*I can't tell you until you are ready, sugar.*

*But I'm scared, you are scaring me,* she admitted.

*I'm sorry about that, Indie. I don't mean to.*

*Then answer me one question.*

*That depends on what the question is.*

*Do you go to this school?*

*Yes, I do.*

*Are you in-*

*Only one question, sugar.*

"How was school?" Indianna's mum asked when she walked into her house later that day."It was school," Indianna shrugged and walked up the stairs to her room. She walked in and sat on her bed, opening her laptop. Her room was pretty bare. There were boxes stacked up and pushed against the wall, the walls were a boring beige colour and the only furniture she had was her bed, wardrobe and a chest of draws. She still had to unpack a lot.She stayed on her laptop for a few hours, scrolling through Tumblr and stalking Dylan O'Brien and Andy Biersack on Twitter. It was how she spent most evenings. She only got up to pee and eat."Indianna, dinner's ready!" Indianna pried her eyes away from her laptop screen that was making her eyes water when she blinked, and looked at the door."I'll be down in a minute!" She called and shut her laptop. With a loud yawn, she climbed off her bed and walked over to the door, but as soon as her hand touched the doorknob, her stomach churned and her hand flew

The sun was shining brightly and it was making Indianna feel worse as she walked into school that day.*You shouldn't have come in.**If you aren't going to answer my questions, then don't talk to me.* Indianna sighed and walked up the steps to the school, she could feel gazes on her ass and she doubted her choice of clothes."Hey beautiful." Indianna stopped in her tracks when a guy walked in front of her in the hallway. "You new around here? I would remember somebody like you..." The guys eyes landed on her boobs and she shifted uncomfortably."Yeah, um excuse me," she muttered and tried to walk past him, but he followed her movements."Where are you in a rush too?" The guy smirked, placing a hand on her arm, making her want to puke again. "I can show you around, sweet cheeks.""N-no, I'm fine thanks," she mumbled and stepped back, but the guy pulled her forward."You should be more grateful!" The guy snapped, yanking Indianna into his chest. "A pretty little thing like you shouldn'

"Hey." Ace slid into the seat next to Indianna and she briefly looked up at him before looking back down at her notebook. "Don't do the silent thing me with," he said with a laugh. "I know you talk to Greyson, and I am a lot nicer than Greyson."But you can't talk to me in your head, she thought. She was a shy person, but she wasn't with Greyson and it was confusing her. Was it the whole mind speaking thing? Or did she just feel... Normal around him?"Indianna?"Indianna nervously bit the end of her pen and sighed, looking up at Ace. "...Hi."Ace smiled brightly at her. "Hey, so how you finding it here?"Indianna paused for a moment, pondering her answer. "Invasive," she finally replied.Ace laughed and grinned sheepishly at Indianna. "How long are we going to be stuck here?" Indianna wondered, looking up at Greyson who shrugged."Your guess is as good as mine," he said and she ran her fingers through her hair."It's been two hours," she muttered and Greyson furrowed his eyebrows at her."Sugar, are you alright, you look like you're going to be-""Sick," Indianna gulped and jumped up from the floor. She ran into the girls bathroom that were luckily opposite them and rushed into a stall."Indianna, you alright?" Greyson called as she puked into the toilet."I'm fine," she grumbled. "Just leave me alone.""You're not fine," he said and opened the stall door. He held her hair back from her face and she puked again."Then why did you ask," she muttered. "Please, I don't want you to see me puking.""Just shut up and let me help you, Indianna," Greyson said and she puked one more time before sitting back on her heels. "Is that it?""I bloody hope so," she sighed and grabbed some tissue and wiped her mouth with it."Here.

I walked into my last class of the day. I was late. The teacher scowled at me, but realised I was new and told me to take a seat.I looked around the class and spotted Eli sitting with Hampson in the middle of class. My eyes landed on Emma who was seated with her orange looking new friends, she had an empty seat next to her. The next empty seat was next to Kent who smirked darkly at me. The final empty seat was near the back of the class, next to Jasper and Ivan.I looked at Kent and Emma before gritting my teeth and walking to the back of the classroom and taking a seat next to Jasper. He turned to me with a small smirk. "You must really hate the other two if you're choosing to sit next to me.""You have no idea," I muttered."What did the guy say to you? When you kicked him the day you got here?" Jasper asked quietly."What do you care?" I snapped."It must've been something pretty bad," Jasper pushed."It's none of your business," I said and glared at him. "Now do me a favour and s

Jasper rolled his eyes and I gritted my teeth. I did not like this Kyle kid. "Fell off my motorbike," I snapped."Really? Must've been a rough night," he said and I glared at him."Yeah, just a little bit," I growled and I felt Eli's hand clamp around my wrist as I started to rise from my seat."Stop it, Kyle," Jasper said with a chuckle."So, how are you guys enjoying it here?" Sammy asked."The people are assholes," I said."Daisy," Eli warned. "Calm your anger.""Schools not that bad, what's there to be angry about?" Sammy smiled and I gave him a murderous glare."I'm sure she can think of something," Jasper murmured."I'm going," I said and looked at Eli. "Get off me.""Don't rise to them, princess," Eli said in my ear, but I ignored him."Let go of me, Eli," I hissed and tried twisting my arm from his grasp. When he didn't let go I scowled at him and grabbed the pen off the desk and aimed it towards his thigh."Fucking hell, Daisy!" He snapped and caught my wrist."Eli, I'm not k

"Does it hurt?" Eli asked."My thumb? No," I said. "My hand," I raised my left hand that had the bandages on. "Fucking kills. They even put stitches on my hand. I didn't realise it was that bad.""How hard did you punch the wall?" Carter asked."Hard enough to split my skin open," I shrugged."What about the stitches on your head?" Tom frowned."Police brutality," I said simply as Eli drove into school."What are you going to tell people if they ask what happened?" Eli asked me when we got out of the car."Fell off my motorbike or something," I shrugged and he walked up to me."You look like shit," he said."Thanks, you're really up for cheering me up today, aren't you?" I snapped.Eli grabbed my arm and I didn't tense at all. He pushed the sleeve of my jumper up and ran his fingers over the needle marks. Blake asked as I turned my back to them and pulled my top over my head."I punched a wall," I said truthfully and unclipped my bra. "One too many times." I slipped Eli's tshirt on and quickly took my leggings, underwear, socks and shoes off and bundled them up, passing them to Eli. We had to burn all of my clothes, they could be bugged.Eli walked out of the room and and Blake pointed to the couch."You're meant to be working on your anger, Daisy," Blake said and I couldn't help but smirk."Fuck off," I scoffed and I laid down on the sofa. He handcuffed my arms behind my back and then pushed me out of the room. We didn't go far, only down the hall and into a white room with hospital beds and medical equipment. It stank of antiseptic and bleach."Is this her?" A middle aged woman asked, walking up to us in a white lab coat.Jasper nodded."Uncuff her, Jasper," the woman frowned.
