It had been so long since Heidi heard that name.

Urgh! That crazy guy who had been so hellbent on marrying her.

“You know the kind of a person he is.”

“But I heard someone framed him.” Grandpa stared at her knowingly. “Didn't you spike his drink to stop your engagement?”

Heidi had done questionable things to her suitors in the past all because she only desired to be with one man.

Now thinking about it, she felt bad for those men. Strangely, she didn't regret any of her actions.

“Uhm, Grandpa, it's all in the past now…” Heidi looked down.

“And the past should be forgotten…” Grandpa Jeffery backed up her statement. “So you should have a fresh start. His father just sent me a message, Jason will be here by tomorrow evening. We'll have dinner together.”

Coming to Grandpa's room was a bad idea.

If Heidi knew she was going to be fed this information, she'd rather remain oblivious.

“Heidi Olsen, do you have any objections?” Grandpa Jeffery used a tone that dared her to disagree.
