Alanna had been holding back her tears for quite some time. But when she heard Hades' words, tears streamed down her face.

Hades continued to comfort her. "I've already arranged for people to start looking for that physical therapist."

Alanna wiped her tears away. "You should go and get a checkup. I'll be alright."

Hades looked at her silently. Although her eyes were still red, the panic and anxiousness in her eyes were gone.

He wasn't sure when Alanna had begun to stop relying on him. But seeing her in such a state did not make him feel better.

It seemed like everything was the consequence of his actions.

He felt helpless by the situation.

"I'm alright. I've already made proper arrangements regarding your mother's situation. Don't worry too much about it."
