When Yves called, Hades' expression turned gloomy all of a sudden.

"I'll send someone to search for him immediately. He can't have gone far," said Yves.

Hades' eyes flickered, and he replied, "First, find a place and lock him up. Don't let Alanna know. If she asks, just tell her he was gone when you arrived."

Yves thought he had misheard him. "What? Why, Hades?"

"Don't bother asking why. Just do as I say," Hades replied nonchalantly.

He didn't explain himself and ended the call just like that. Hades never agreed to a deal that put him at a disadvantage.

Alanna could meet Garrett if she wanted to but for a price. For example, she should unblock his number or break up with Travis. At the very least, Alanna should be the one to come to him for a favor.

As Hades was deep in thought, Alanna's phone rang. He took it out and glanced at it. Instantly, his eyes turned cold. The name "Travis" flashed on the screen, and it was an eyesore to him.

Without even thinking, he rejected the call
