We wanted to stay in bed all day lying there doing nothing. We'd had a couple of really hard couple of days and I didn't want to get up and do anything today. But we knew that it wasn't possible. We were still responsible for an entire pack that hasn't had a real leader around here for a couple of days. Connor had complete confidence in his pack and he knew that they would be alright the whole time that we were gone. But they still needed a leader. Especially after everything that my father had been throwing at us lately and that he had a black witch on his side. I slowly turned around and I was face to face with the black witch. She was looking at me with a menacing smile on her face and I was trying not to shake in front of her. Because I was scared to death right now. I was alone and Connor thought I was safe while he was trying to protect his pack. He didn't know that there was anyone out here with me. I didn't even know what to say to this woman. I knew how powerful she was and I knew that I didn't stand a chance against her. There's no way that I could stand a chance against her. Connor and I were lying in bed. I could feel his hands caressing me everywhere and he was being really gentle but I could feel him getting really excited as well. And I got really nervous and scared and I stopped him from going any further. I sat up quickly, not able to look at him, and I apologized over and over again. I wasn't ready for anything to go any further with us. But he sat up behind me and he rested his chin on my shoulder from behind me and told me to stop apologizing. He tells me that I have nothing to be sorry for. He shouldn't have assumed that I was ready. He's not going to assume and he's going to let me take the lead on it whenever I want it to happen. And I just nodded my head. We stayed in that motel for the rest of the night but the following morning we checked out and we went to a diner in town to get some breakfast. I was standing behind Connor and my eyes practically popped out of my head when I saw the werebear running towards us. Connor pushed me back and took a few steps closer to the bear so that he could shift, and when he did, he was only about half the size of the bear. But he was going to fight it with everything that he had. I was terrified for Connor. I thought this thing was going to kill him. And I wasn't sure how he was going to get out of it. But Connor charged at the bear and the bear let out a loud roar expecting the attack. Like he was looking forward to it. Like he was wanting it. He kept charging at Connor and they clashed in a thunderous bang, and they were both clawing at each other, trying to bite each other. We headed through town and Connor was walking pretty fast and not going in a straight line. We were going down all different streets and we were circling around for a bit. I didn't know his plan here, but I trusted him to get us out of here in one piece. "What happened to all of your cars?" I asked. Connor had realized that they noticed me standing there and he got between us and he ordered me back in the cave. Vampires and werewolves were mortal enemies. They have been at war for centuries, and when they're not actually battling it out on the battlefield then they are trying to work out how to wipe out the other species. But as I stood there, in the presence of these vampires, I could tell that something was off about them. I didn't go back into the cave like Connor had ordered me. Instead I stepped out of the cave and I walked right up behind Connor. I could see the panic on his face. He obviously thought that this battle was going to end with me getting hurt or killed. Connor took me to the house that was at the top of the village and was definitely the biggest and when I walked inside I was really surprised at what I saw. This place was relatively new and it was really nice inside. Apparently his whole pack had built this place themselves, in secret. Which is why there are so many more people here than I thought were in his pack. I think there were a lot more in his pack that he had spread out. Possibly building this place, or possibly somewhere else so no one knows exactly how big his army really is. They had built Connor a two story place, but it wasn't massive like Father's packhouse. It wasn't a mansion or anything. It was more homely than anything. Connor took me upstairs and he showed me my bedroom which was right across the hall from his bedroom. I was glad that he wasn't trying to push anything on me still. And he had an ensuite in his room but there was another bathroom next to my room. But I was alright with that. Connor went to go

I knew that Connor needed to get some rest, but it was important for them to get to this pack to find these children that were in need. The pack was 8 hours away and Connor insisted on getting some rest in the car on the way there. I was fine with that. It would have been ideal if they could get in there without anyone seeing them, but that was very unlikely. While Connor was packing his bag, I could feel his worry and tension as he was trying to concentrate on what he needed to do. We got to the hospital in record time as soon as I went into labor and I could tell that Connor was panicking. And to tell you the truth, it was driving me crazy. I was taken straight to the birthing suite that was done up, just for me. A private room with all the perfect amenities that I didn’t ask them to do but no one would take no for an answer. And Connor wanted the best for me and his baby. As soon as we got there the doctor came to examine me and he said that this baby was in a hurry. It wasn’t going to be a very long labor at all. AURORA POV As soon as I came through that portal, I knew it worked and that I was home again. I came through at the same place as when I went to the other realm. And I knew my way back to the castle just fine. I started running back to the castle, but I was slower these days with the stomach weighing me down. But as soon as I started getting that really funny feeling I started pushing myself to go faster and harder. Connor was in trouble and I needed to get to him now. As soon as I got to the castle, I saw wolves running off into the forest, but Connor was at the castle. I followed my feeling and his strongest scent around to the patio, only to see him standing on it and ready to jump off of it and kill himself. It took us two days to get back to Arthur’s castle, and I was surprised to see that the damage from the attack was already fixed. His men worked pretty quickly around here. Even though it had only been two days, my stomach had swollen a lot more than it was when I killed Mila. I was actually a little curious to know how far along I was now. Because I had no idea and there was no way of telling until I got home. As soon as we got to the castle we were greeted with a hero’s welcome. It had already spread across the land that the black witch was dead. And the whole realm was rejoicing and celebrating the news. “You’re a local hero around here. Are you sure you want to leave?” Arthur asked. “As much as I think this place is beautiful, it’s not home.” I said. “I know. Come on, let’s go and see what they’ve found out.” He said. So we went inside and there were people scattered everywhere over two rooms of the castle. “Your majesty.” A woman said, bowing her head for Arthur.

As the dragon and I were battling it out, it started to realize that we weren’t going to be easy prey. When it had been distracted long enough, Arthur and his men snuck around the side and used their swords to slice the dragon’s legs. I heard Arthur start yelling and I turned around to see Uther on the ground and Arthur’s men were surrounding him.
