Chapter 25 – We Have to Take Risks

The crying was finally over.

Alma knew, that at some point, that sad stage had to end, finally, she had managed to stop crying for Edan.

And though the pain had subsided, his feelings hadn't changed. But time heals everything, and as the days went by, she was sure that she would get over how she felt about Edan.

Now, something had changed, finally some good news renewed her happiness, Alma's mother, Luz, was back home.

Finally, Luz had been discharged from the hospital, and although she still had to take good care of herself, Alma felt a sigh of relief with her mother's presence at home.

A nurse accompanied Mrs. Luz at all times at Alma's house, many times they rotated between shifts and had to adapt a little in the small property, however, it was worth it, to have her mother cared for by a professional all the time.
