37. Leo

Mae was initially being stubborn to take her birthday shoot with her doll but my mother had to plead with her to let her(my mother) hold the doll while she took her pictures.

She finally agreed after a while of begging from some of the other nannies too but she didn't give the doll to any of them, rather she tossed it to one of the chairs around.

Her picture was taken and she left as soon as the photographers confirmed that they didn't need any more shots. She left without the doll so I went and picked it up, running after her with it.

"Hey," I called out when I was close enough for her to hear me. She stopped and turned around to see who was calling for her attention but when she saw that it was me, she continued walking.

I hurried to her and stopped her from taking any other step after I held her arm to have her listen to me.
