Nicholas already knew the answer after seeing Luke's attitude.

"Your grandmother has been hospitalized for so long and you haven't been to visit her?"

Nicholas would often be on business trips. He might not be at home, but he would still tell Shona to go to the hospital often to take care of Linda. He had also told Luke to go visit Linda when he had time as well.

What he didn't expect was that Luke had never even been to visit Linda even once.

"Alright, that's enough. Who said Luke had never gone to visit his grandmother? Luke's busy most of the time as well, but he still asked me to make some food for his grandmother." Shona saw that her son was being scolded, and she quickly stepped forward to change the subject. She then glared at Laura. "Let's not get into an argument. It's time to eat. Jessica's still here, let's not affect our happy mood."

Luke pursed his lips but didn't say anything. He then gave Laura an unhappy glare but locked gazes with a pair of cold eyes.
