Jack and Mira woke up together. Mira got breakfast ready while Jack milked the cows and let the animals out. He ate breakfast before going to get the cart. They would take the entry and attach a number to the entry and give a cloth badge with the same number to the participant. This would then be put into the rolling drum like bin with other entries and the whole bin rotated so that no one could guess who the entry belonged to.
