Yvonne heaved a sigh of relief.

“That's right! Come on, eat something first, then we’ll go shopping together!” She tried to distract Kelsey.

Kelsey kept her head down and ate silently. She vowed to herself that she was going to get to the bottom of this no matter what.

After they ate, Yvonne took her to a nearby shopping mall to shop.

Kelsey was enamored with one of the dresses in a boutique store they passed by.

“Let's go inside and take a look!” Yvonne led her inside.

The clerk went up to attend to them. “Hello, how may I help you?”

“My friend here would like to try on the dress over there.” Yvonne gestured at the dress Kelsey was interested in.

The clerk briefly sized them up before removing the dress from the mannequin and handing it to Kelsey.

“Miss, you have great tastes! The new arrivals in our store this season are all designed by Cecil, an internationally renowned designer. These are all limited edition.”
