Morpheus arrived the following day, and to say he looked sick would be an understatement. He looked like death.

Thankfully, Cody and Lucy arrived at the same time. I gave the orders to them both and a team of doctors that I wanted full blood work done, body scans and the aphrodisiacs and antidote researched. We needed the chemical formula for both. I needed to understand exactly what we were dealing with, and if we could make the antidote stronger and more efficient.

“Marissa, what do you need me to do?” I smiled up at Robert from the information in front of me.

“I need you to get in touch with Thomas and get a team of your best medical experts flown in from the company. We need to find a solution to curing him. Also, I need you to set up the meetings with the elders and Alphas so I can present the findings. Oh, contact your lawyers.
