Ethan’s POV

“Unacceptable! I always knew she was bad news! But you, King Ethan, were too blinded by whatever charm she carried!” The elders screamed at me.

I had never felt so helpless, so betrayed, and heartbroken before. It was the worst night of my life, the person I loved so much had hurt me in the worst possible way.

“I’ll handle it,” I said as I addressed the elders, I gritted my mind and got to my feet, making a decision that had taken a lot of effort. “The crime she has committed is a hefty one, punishable in the most brutal way.
