Sebastian’s POV

The sound of her voice reached me like a melody cutting through the heavy rain. I turned toward the entrance, my eyes scanning for her. And then I saw her. My Petal. My girl.

But what I saw made my blood boil with fury.

She stood there, completely drenched, the rain clinging to her like an uninvited guest. Her dress stuck to her body, highlighting every delicate curve I loved and cherished. She looked stunning—too stunning for my peace of mind. But that wasn’t the worst of it. No, what sent a fire raging through my veins was the boy standing near her, his eyes shamelessly drinking her in, like a predator eyeing his prey. It was as if he was undressing her with his gaze, his intentions clear in the way he looked at her. My fists clenched at my sides, my nails digging into my palms as I fought the overwhelming urge to rip him apart on the spot.

And then she saw me.

Her wide, innocent eyes met mine, and I could see the shock etched on her face. She was shivering, whet

Petal's POV The rain was relentless, drenching everything in its path, including me. I stood at the entrance of the building, shivering as the cold droplets clung to my skin, my dress soaked and sticking to me uncomfortably. But the chill of the rain was nothing compared to the chill that ran down my spine when I saw him. Sebastian. He stood a few feet away, his figure imposing and drenched from head to toe. His sharp, furious gaze was locked on me—or more specifically, the person behind me. His wet hair clung to his forehead, and his broad shoulders looked even more intimidating under the weight of the storm. I couldn’t tear my eyes away from him, my breath catching in my throat as a mix of fear and confusion overwhelmed me. “Why does he look so angry?” I thought, frozen to the spot. My heart raced, not from the rain or the cold, but from the intensity of his expression. His piercing eyes burned with fury, and I could feel the heat of his rage even from where I stood. Before I co

Petal’s POV My stomach throbbed from where Sebastian’s shoulder had dug into me, a dull ache that refused to subside. He finally let me down, and I stumbled slightly, trying to regain my balance. The room was large and elegant, but my mind wasn’t on the decor—it was on him. I glanced at him cautiously. He stood there, his broad back to me, his wet clothes clinging to his body, his gaze locked on the doors across the room. He looked deep in thought, almost as though he was wrestling with himself. For a brief moment, I considered this my chance. Maybe he wouldn’t notice if I slipped out quietly. My heart pounded as I turned toward the door. One step. Two steps. My fingers reached for the handle, trembling with urgency. But before I could turn it, a loud thud startled me. A large hand slammed the door shut, and the sound echoed in the room, making me flinch. My breath caught in my throat as I froze, my back still facing him. “Don’t even think about it,” Sebastian’s voice was dangerous

Petal's POV As I stepped out of the bathroom, I was still adjusting to the oversized shirt and boxer shorts Sebastian had handed me. His shirt hung loosely, reaching my mid-thighs, and the material felt heavy against my damp skin. I hugged myself, trying to shake off the unease I’d been feeling since arriving here. My mind raced with thoughts of how absurd and controlling his behavior was, but before I could even process further, a rough shove sent me stumbling back into the cold wall. Pain shot through my back as I hit the surface, and I gasped in shock. My wide eyes met his as he loomed over me, his expression a mixture of anger and something darker—something possessive. He gripped my jaw tightly, his fingers digging into my skin, forcing my lips to pucker. I winced at the sharp pain and tried to push him away, but his strength was overwhelming. Sebastian shoved my phone into my trembling hands. “Your mom’s calling,” he said in a low, commanding tone. “Tell her you’re staying at y

Petal's POV I was still in a daze, trying to process everything that had happened so far. The cold walls of the room, Sebastian’s harsh grip on my shoulder, the weight of his presence, all of it felt overwhelming. My thoughts were jumbled, racing from one thing to another. I couldn’t understand why I was reacting like this—why my heart was racing, why my body was trembling. Suddenly, his hands shook me violently, snapping me back to reality. “Earth, Petal,” he said, his voice cold and commanding, cutting through the fog of confusion in my mind. I gasped, the harshness of the moment felt like a bucket of cold water being thrown at me. I tried to pull away, but his grip only tightened. "Sebastian... it hurts," I whimpered, the words coming out in a stutter that I couldn’t control. It was as if I lost all control of my body when he was this close. I didn’t understand it. His presence, his anger, they made me weak, like I was nothing but a puppet at his mercy. “Please, let me go,” I pl

petal's pov The room was thick with tension as I tried to explain everything. My words tumbled out hurriedly, almost in a whisper, “My English lecturer gave us an assignment and paired us into groups of two. I got to college late today, so I just took the first seat I saw that was empty. I didn’t know we’d end up being partners for the assignment.” I paused, trying to catch my breath, my emotions swirling. “When the class ended, everyone left with their assigned partners. Jake suggested we go to the park to discuss the project, but I didn’t feel comfortable going alone. That’s why I asked Samy to come with me. While we were returning... we got caught in the rain, and then you showed up.” Tears prickled at the corners of my eyes, and my voice broke. Before I could stop myself, they began to fall. His grip on my hands loosened. I looked up to see his gaze softening, and in one fluid motion, he reached out and wiped away my tears with his thumb. “Don’t cry,” Sebastian murmured. His ton

Sebastian's POV As I carried her upstairs. My thoughts were a whirlwind of emotions. Her innocence, her vulnerability—it was both a blessing and a curse for me. She was so trusting, so unaware of the danger she invited by simply existing in her naive bubble. The wet fabric of her dress clung to her delicate frame, highlighting curves I had no right to focus on. Control, Sebastian. Control. When we reached my room, I gently set her down, the soft press of her hands on my shoulders making it harder to maintain composure. “She has no idea what she’s doing to me,” I muttered under my breath as I turned towards the wardrobe to grab her something dry to wear. But the moment I turned my back, she tried to run. My flower, always trying to escape me. Did she really think I wouldn’t notice? With a loud thud, I slammed my hand against the door before she could open it. The sound echoed through the room, and she froze, startled. I stepped closer, placing my hand on her shoulder and turning her

Petal's POV A ray of sunlight peeked through the curtains, its warmth landing on my face like a sudden, unwanted reminder that the day had begun. The sensation was both soothing and irritating at once, especially when my head was pounding like a drum. The pain radiated through my temples, and my body felt oddly stiff. Groaning, I shifted, trying to find a comfortable position, but something was off. My pillow felt like a hard stone, uncomfortable against my face. I sighed in frustration, the headache only intensifying with each passing moment. But then, there was a weight on my stomach, heavy and solid, like a boulder. I froze, eyes fluttering open. Panic surged through me as I turned to my left, only to be met with a sight that made my heart skip a beat. My head was resting on Sebastian's hand, and his left hand was draped casually across my stomach, pinning me down in his embrace. My body stiffened with shock, my heart racing uncontrollably in my chest. What the hell? How did I en

petals pov The room felt suffocating, and the air thick with tension. I couldn’t understand how things had escalated so quickly. My anger burned in my chest, and I fought to keep my voice steady, not wanting to show any more weakness. He turned towards me, his piercing eyes locking onto mine. "Firstly, I was the one who brought you here, and as you were sleeping on the couch, you were uncomfortable, so I brought you here,” he said, his tone devoid of any warmth, just matter-of-fact. I stood there, stunned for a moment. Did he really think that would justify everything? His actions, his decisions? "You could have made me sleep in the guest room, but why in your bedroom and that too with you on the same bed?" I asked, my voice laced with disbelief. He sighed heavily, his annoyance clear in his expression. "I don't think I have to explain everything to you," he retorted, his words cold and dismissive. Petal’s POV “I’ve destroyed men for less than what you just did,” he muttered in a low, venom-laced whisper. His voice was calm, too calm, like the deadly silence before a hurricane. The dim lighting of the room only enhanced the coldness in his eyes—blue, sharp, and terrifying.“But I won’t destroy you, Petal. No…” He walked slowly towards me, each step echoing ominously across the polished wooden floor. “I’ll keep you. Break you. Love you until there’s nothing left of you that wasn’t touched by me.”My breath hitched in my throat. I curled up tighter on the bed, my arms wrapping around myself as if they could shield me from his words, his presence, his madness.“You don’t love me,” I said, my voice trembling. “You’re just afraid of losing control.”He stopped mid-step, his body going rigid for a moment before slowly turning to face me. That crooked, maddening smile curled on his lips again. “Maybe,” he said softly. “But I’m still going to marry you.”“No!” I cried, my voice rising

Complete the sentence, Petal," he said, dangerously quiet, a sharp contrast to the storm rising behind his eyes.I didn’t answer. I couldn’t. My lips trembled, my breath caught somewhere between fear and pain. Tears streamed down my face, hot and endless. His fingers still gripped my jaw, pressing into the tender skin already bruised from the earlier slap. I whimpered when he tightened his hold."I said—complete the fucking sentence!" he thundered, his voice sending a jolt of terror down my spine.Still, I couldn’t bring myself to speak. I closed my eyes, hoping silence would shield me somehow. That was a mistake. He leaned down abruptly, yanking the strap of my dress off my shoulder. Before I could react, his mouth clamped down on the bare skin of my shoulder—biting, not gently, not playfully, but possessively, with a punishment embedded in the act. Just stared."Do you even see what you’re turning into?" I asked, my voice cracking with emotion. My fingers trembled as I tried to wipe the tears from the corners of my eyes, but they wouldn’t stop falling.Still, he didn’t speak. Just watched me, as if he were trying to memorize every flicker of pain crossing my face."One day," I said through clenched teeth, "you’ll regret this. You’ll regret every bruise, every slap, every threat."And then his lips curled into a dark, twisted smirk."No," he whispered coldly. "Because you’ll still be mine. Bruised or not, you’ll always be mine."His words sliced through me like a blade. The worst part? His Possession “You’ve been mine from the moment I laid eyes on you,” he replied. “You just haven’t realized it yet.” There it was. The truth behind his madness. His obsession wasn’t love. It was domination disguised as desire. He held me there a little longer, not moving, just holding. Not speaking. His breathing deepened. So did mine. In that moment, I didn’t know if I hated him or feared him—or something worse… if I understood him. But one thing was clear. This wasn’t over. Not by a long shot. I don't like how he dominates me. I struggled on his lap. "Stop struggling, flower. You can’t escape punishment." Sebastian’s voice was dangerously calm, but his grip told a different story. His fingers dug into the soft flesh of my thighs and wrists like vices, his body hovering over mine with a terrifying dominance that stole the breath from my lungs.
