Sarah slowly parked her Mercedes CLK next to the black Chevrolet Camaro in front of the house. She got down the car and smiled, noticing the lights glowing in one of the rooms upstairs; lights meant someone was home and that, also was her fiancé.

The thought that she was really going to enjoy surprising him made her beam with joy. He still thought that she couldn't catch a flight back home from Chicago. Well, she just couldn't wait to see the surprised look on his face when he finally saw her.

She had called him at the airport to inform him that her flight had been canceled because of the bad weather, but what she had not told him was that her ever wonderful father who always come through for her, had sent a private jet to pick her up.

Sarah was excited to be back home, especially glad to be back to see Fred, her fiancé after so many weeks of being away from him. They had talked on the phone and facetimed a lot for the past two weeks, confessing how much they missed each other and how he was so eager to have her come back.

Now that she was at his house, she knew he would definitely be surprised to see her; she had even started to imagine how he would wrap her tightly in a bear hug as usual and even end up making sweet passionate love to her just the way she had anticipated. The thought of all these made her pores tingle in anticipation.

However, her plan was to quietly creep into the house unnoticed. The last thing she wanted was to prematurely give her presence away because it would ruin everything and put all her efforts in vain. She tried the door front door and realized that it was locked. It didn't bother her much since she always came around with her spare key.

Fred had given her one four months into their relationship and that had even made her trust him more and had also made her believe that he had absolutely nothing to hide from her; and of course, he had proposed several months later and that had been one of the happiest moments of her life.

Quietly unlocking the door and opening it, she slipped in and softly closed it behind her with her eyes fixed on the stairs. Soft music was playing from somewhere upstairs, but besides that, every other thing was in order. Thinking of the lyrics of the music now, she smiled to herself; Fred was always the romantic one and this was one of her favorite music.

In fact, he had played this exact one on the first night they had made love, and since this same music was playing right now, it meant he was certainly missing her.

She paused in the living room and scanned the house; it was perfect, neat and homely except for an almost empty box of pizza and a bottle of half wine on the expensive marble coffee table in the sitting room, facing the large flat screen television which was still on but had been left on mute.

She glanced at the two empty glass cups and shook her head in astonishment. Fred was no kitchen person, so he had always preferred to order food whenever she was away or too busy to cook for him, and judging from the two glass cups, she assumed that he must have had one of his buddies come over for a game. Guys and pizza; Sarah shook her head with a knowing smile.

She turned towards the stairs, obviously missing the smudge of lipstick on the rim of one of the cups, and the black chunky heels that laid carelessly under the sofa and near one of the feet of the coffee table.

Slowly taking off her shoes in order not to give her presence away as she quietly ascended the stairs, Sarah bit her lower lip in anticipation as she got to the landing. The soft music was a bit louder now as she walked through the short hallway towards his bedroom. Her heart was beating fast. What would he do when he saw her? Would he be as excited as she was? She bet he surely would.

The door stood slightly ajar and she could now properly hear the lyrics of the music, it was indeed one of their favorite music during lovemaking. She rolled her eyes; he must really be missing her that bad to be playing this particular song all by himself.

She presumed that since the house was almost too quiet, he would be in the shower humming it while he washed himself. This gave her a perfect idea and she decided that she would strip herself naked and when he came out of the shower, he would find her on his bed. What a splendid way to get eaten!

But her thoughts came to an abrupt halt when she heard low husky voices coming from inside the room.

"Is that the best you got?" It was a female voice. Sarah's smile suddenly vanished now. She was beginning to doubt what she had heard when she saw the ends of a black brassiere on the floor peeking out from the little gap between the door jamb and the door.

"No Darling! I've got a lot more surprises where that came from." She heard Fred give a sultry chuckle.

"Some surprises which you showed Sarah?" The woman spoke again. "You know that I'm more sophisticated than Sarah will ever be, and if you've got more surprises as you claim, it had better be something more exciting and worth it."

"I told you Sarah and I don't do this kind of stuff. She practically freaks out when I even blindfold her." He answered with a hint of distaste in his voice. "She's too jumpy and too fragile and paranoid."

"Really?" The voice feigned surprise. "I totally forgot what a hysteric person Sarah is... She has always been the soft and prudish one; never trying out anything new and always quick to run to her daddy and be a crybaby. Gosh! I still wonder how I tolerated her all these years." The female voice groaned in bitterness and frustration.

"That's why I fell for you instead. I mean, we just connected without even having to try so hard. You are not only willing and adventurous; we practically share the same fantasy and you hold nothing back." He said softly then his words were soon followed by a kissing sound. "We know what we both want and we are just like two sides of a coin and it makes me wonder why I wasn't lucky enough to meet you first."

"Does she know about us yet?" The woman asked in a serious tone now.

"No, not yet. This has to remain our little secret." Fred answered. "I'm ruined if she finds out."

"I'm not some sort of experimental fuck-toy to you, Fred, am I?" She sounded offended and her tone had raised a notch. "Sarah is for the keeps and I'm just for the roll in the hay?! Is that all I am to you, the one who fulfills all your sexual fantasies?!" she asked in indignation.

"C'mon, sweetness" Fred cooed, trying to pacify her and Sarah grew giddy at the mention of that pet name. That name was supposed to be special. He only called her that name. She had her back flattened against the wall, her head cocked towards the opening of the door and she was too shocked to move nor make a sound. "Don't go getting upset on me now and ruining this sweet moment for us." He continued, "It's not that I love her anyway; you know whom my heart beats for. You know why we have to keep this as discreet as possible. Not only is her father is fucking rich, but he has also got all the right connections to the right people and that's what is keeping me going. I have got a lot to lose here if I don't play this game right. I'll lose my exalted position in her father's firm, lose the house in Illinois and the cars, lose the right to be his joint heir and other benefits if I don't end up marrying Sarah." He paused, then added. "And talking about fuck toys, Sarah is the little fuck toy here...not you. My being honest with you should be enough proof that I'm not fooling with you."

Sarah cringed. His words really struck deep.

"And you have to be such a con artist for all these?" she asked. She seemed placated and convinced by all his explanations.

"Yeah…and so far, she has fallen too deep to find any faults in me." He said smugly. "And I want to keep giving her no reason to doubt me. All I want is for you to be more understanding and patient. Sarah is not that smart to figure out anything is amiss. I just have to be extra romantic, loving, and keep earning her trust. Then I could set her up with a false accusation of infidelity, ask for a divorce and get a boom out of it. That way, I still win." They both smiled and chuckled and he leaned down to kiss her even more.

Sarah almost melted where she stood. She couldn't believe that all these words had just been uttered by the one man she would have given her life for and had thought would do the same for her. That was it! She had heard enough! She was going in!

She pushed herself from the door, turned, and completely shoved the door open but the sight that greeted her was more shocking than the words she had overheard. "Helen?1" She uttered with a gasp, her eyes wide, hoping she was actually hallucinating all these and perhaps, it was a dream she would wake up from if she blinked hard.

Her best friend was lying down on the bed, clad in her underwear and a pantyhose; her hands were tied together above her head to the bedpost and Fred was partially lying on her in his briefs, kissing her while his hands gently fondled her breasts.
