Chapter 92: Care

Jewel laughed. "Yes, I'm still here," she said. "And so are you."

The man smiled back at her, and for a moment, they sat in comfortable silence, enjoying each other's company.

As the sun started to rise higher in the sky, the man looked at his watch. "I should get going," he said. "I have some things to take care of today."

Jewel nodded, feeling a little disappointed. She wasn't ready for their conversation to end just yet.

But as the man stood up, he turned to her and said, "Do you want to come with me?"

Jewel's heart skipped a beat. She hadn't expected him to ask her that, but she was thrilled at the idea of spending more time with him.

"Sure," she said, standing up as well.

Together, they walked through the park and onto the streets, chatting and laughing as they went. Jewel didn't know where they were headed, but she didn't really care. She was just happy to be by his side.

Eventually, they arrived at a small café on the corner of a busy street. The man led her inside and ordered
