Dora's POV

I secretly followed Mark and saw him taking Varya into the hotel lobby. My heart began to race because the plan was set into motion the moment, I came up with it. This means that it was impossible to make a single mistake; all that was done had to be done well. Cassandra had guaranteed that Mark would do it and hence I had to give her my word on it.

That plan had entered my mind at the very last moment as an attempt to get rid of Varya and return to my rightful position next to Kylo.

Since they got back from her mother’s house I had seen the way he stared at her and what I saw made me hate with an unknown feeling. She was a threat, and threats had to be dealt with in the most efficient manner conceivable.
