Chapter 109

Kate stared down at the dying Marcel and she was surprised to see he wasn't even concerned about the fact he was dying but was more worried about the safety of his friend to the point he was taking multiple bullets in his sake. She knew Marcel as a strong character who is ever so ready to fight and protect the ones he loves and care for from danger but he was never the one to give up his own life for another. This self sacrificing spirit of his was new to her and it was beginning to dampen her resolve to make him suffer and die. So she finds herself hesitating to call the shots.
