Chapter 1.

"99...100" Raphael stood up after a hundred push up at 6:30am in the morning, he got his face towel wiping his sweat,drank some water before heading to the shower. After he was done bathing, he went down for breakfast, already his food was served, two slice of toasted bread and black coffee just how he liked it. His maid knew he was always up so early on a Monday morning unlike the other days. By 7:30 am, Raphael was off to work. 

Raphael, even at being the boss he was always earlier than everyone else on a Monday. Because the rest of the week he had other plans or just decides to slack. 

Spencer his right hand man and also his best friend was always the one managing his work while he was gone. No one has actually spoken to Raphael himself, Spencer always handled everything.

It was 8 am already and everyone had finally made it to work including Spencer. 

Spencer walks into Raphael's office to know what he had for him today. 

" Yo" Spencer said as soon as he walked in. 

" is that a way to talk to your boss?" Raphael asked in a threatening voice. 

Spencer audibly gulped as Raphael stood up from his chair, straightening his tie,moving closer to him. Spencer kept a straight face till he got closer, about an inch between them. The two of them gave each other a big smile and hugged. 

"your acting is really getting better" Spencer compliments.

Raphael laughs softly at that. 

" you should try that often when we are in public, make people believe you mean business. I can't keep handling everything for you, you know." 

"yeah yeah" Raphael replied going back to his chair. 

" So....... Your mum said to let you know she's paying you a visit" Spencer told him while taking a file off Raphael's table. 

"urgh!...... That woman will never give up, will she?" Raphael groans while face-palming himself. 

"I think she's just doing the best she can, I mean who doesn't have time to get laid or even have a girlfriend at least, you the boss, you should have all the time in the world. I don't blame your mum, I kinda agree with her." Spencer said 

"Yeah I should understand, but why must she always get a new girl everyday, I mean where Is she even getting them from?" Raphael groan. 

" Well sorry dude, she's your mom..... You kinda stuck with her." Spencer said before leaving. 

"Unfortunately I am" Raphael said quietly to himself. 

After two hours, a woman of age about 45, black hair 5'4,in expensive clothing walks in with a girl blond who looked at least 23,slim about 5'6. Very slim with a short red skimpy gown that hugged her shape. Raphael received a call his mum was around and he told them to let her in. 

" Hey Raphy my boy." his mum walks in with a bright smile on her face. They both hugged and his mum sat down. 

" morning mum" Raphael greets. 

" Let get to the point....... The girl I brought today is really over the top." his mum said. 

" And so are the other 15 girls you've brought before" Raphael mentally groan while saying that. 

"This one is really nice." she continues. 

"yeah I know, like every other one" he said getting annoyed. 

" Well I can't help it you know, I'm not getting any younger" His mum said almost teary. 

"I've told you mum, when the time is right I'll find the woman I like." 

" and when will that be? Huh? When I'm getting close to my grave?" his mum questioned. 

"of course not mother, okay fine let me take a look at this new girl, for your sake, if I happen to have interest then I'll date her." he said. 

"Really?" his mum brightened up and called the girl. 

Raphael lost interest immediately she walked in. 

"How do I put this mother?" he didn't want to hurt that girls feelings so he just said. 

"same as always mother." he smiled painfully at the girl who was smiling at him..

Knowing what her son meant, she grabs the girl out with her. 

"don't be a drama queen mother" Raphael chuckles at his mum's behavior. 

' it a matter of time, I'll find my woman, mother.' He said to himself and gets back to work.

Stephanie breaks her hips to the rhythm of the song, making the crowd cheer loud for her. 

Finally, she was done with work, when she got off stage she saw her brother. 

" HI Spencer, what's up?" she smiles wearing her jacket, packing her hair into a ponytail. 

"Hey baby sis" Spencer responds giving her a hug. 

" I'm not a baby Spence, I'm all grown up." she pouts raising her head up to meet his gaze.

" You still my baby sister, no matter how grown you are." he cooed. 

"um......." he looks around. 

" looking for Victoria?" Steph eyes her brother smirking. 

" Pfft.... What? No!" he argues. 

" Well in that case, suit yourself." She shrugs,about to walk away. 

"Wait! Fine, I'm looking for her, now where is she?" he asked anxiously turning his head left and right. 

"Follow me" she grins at her brother. 

" Wait, before that, I wanna talk to you." he stops her. 

"yeah? What about?" Steph asked curiously. 

"This......." Spencer spreads his hand referring to the club. 

" We are not having this conversation again Spencer" she sighs. 

"But.... You're my little sister...." he started but was cut off. 

" that is all grown up." she completed. 

" But you still little to me, I don't like the fact that you expose your body for money Steph please." 

" But you like when Victoria does it?" she argued. 

" Stephanie " Spencer scolds. 

" what?!" she answered aggressively and Spencer gives her that look. 

" okay fine, I'll think about it " Steph breaths out. 

" Now do you wanna see Victoria or not? "she asked not waiting for an answer before walking out. 

Spencer chuckles running after his sassy sister with excitement.

" please son I'm not getting any younger"it was 8 am in the morning, when Raphael's mum barged into his house all to talk to him about the same topic over again Marriage.

'okay does her husband not keep his woman busy or what' Raphael thought to himself.

Listening to the dreadful speech his mother was giving and she ended with 'younger'.

"mum I've told you a thousand...... No a million times that when the time comes, I'll get a girlfriend or wife as you want. I'm just not interested right now. I've got to......."

"work! Work! Work!" his mom cuts him off.

"Baby, is that all you think about?"  she questioned.

"you know since you were in school, you've never once brought any girl home" she wanted to start her sob again.

" I mean what will people say when they find out you are virgin" she whispers the last part.

"Mum!" he scolds

"What?" his mum questioned.

" that's it we're done talking, nice chatting with you."

" Rhico" he called.

" yes sir" a very huge man about 7 feet tall muscular too walks in with a black suit.

" please escort mother out." Raphael ordered sipping his coffee, realizing it almost cold. 

"I don't need an escort" his mum said carrying her bag. 

"we'll continue this later" she said walking  out the door. 

"Please Rhico" Rhico understood what he had to do. 

"This way ma'am" he said escorting her to her car. 

"Urgh" Raphael groans and drops his mug on his glass table. 

"Penny" he called. 

"yes sir" his maid answered immediately and understood,after she cleaned up Raphael thanked her and he went up the stairs to his study to get some work done.

" please just take it..... You won't even have to see him" Spencer pleads with his sister to quit her job and go for the company he is working for. 

" Do you have anything to order?" Stephanie asked, but Spencer didn't respond. 

" Didn't think so, please can you leave?" she tried saying it politely. But it didn't sound like it. 

"Stephanie" he called. 

" I told you I'd think about it." she said wiping the counter with a hanky. 

"You don't need to think about......" he stops at mid sentence when Victoria joined Steph. 

"Hey vic" he brushes his hair with his hand, he always acts stupid when he sees her. Stephanie chuckled at her brother's change of attitude. 

" HI" Victoria paid no attention but continues what she was doing. 

"You were saying?" Stephanie brought him out of his daydream with Victoria. 

" oh yeah....... Um" he snaps back to reality. 

" they really pay good money, I swear it. You'll be able to complete college" He said. 

" I'm beginning to change my mind about going back" Stephanie said 

" I just wanna do what I love:which is dancing." Stephanie said folding her hand. 

" They pay five hundred thousand dollars every month so I really think it good for....." Before Spencer completed his sentence she cuts him off. 

" Holy shit!..... I'm in. " 

" Thank you " Spencer smiles at his victory and faces Victoria. 

" With that out of my way, excuse me. " he waved his sister away. 

" HI Victoria " Spencer smiles. 

" Um..... Hi...... Again Spencer" Victoria answered looking amused. She knew about his feelings for her but he wasn't her type she took him more like a senior brother, that is why she avoids him most of the time and pretends like she didn't care to get him over her, she didn't want to break his heart knowing that he is a big softie and kind, too nice to be rejected. 

"Any plans tonight?" Spencer asked her smirking trying to look hot: the key word is trying. 

" Yeah..... I..... Um..... Got that thing..... With a thing" Victoria tries to look for an excuse. 

"Right Steph? That thing" she drags Stephanie into it and she decided to play along with it. 

" yeah that thing!" she smiles almost laughing. 

" you always have that thing with a thing with a thing." Spencer mumbles to himself. 

" okay then bye, see you at home or whatever" he said leaving Victoria and Steph smiles to themselves knowing that he may not come home tonight like always, they knew he had another apartment closer to the company. 

Stephanie had always known that Victoria never liked her brother and she did want to break it to him just like Victoria didn't, they both love the guy so much to do that also because he's a softie. 

" So?" Victoria questioned eying her best friend. 

"so?" Stephanie raised her eyebrows confused at the question. 

" so....... The job? Should I tell Jake you quit?" Victoria questioned her. 

"oh... Not tonight, I just wanna check this new job first see if I enjoy it. I'll make time to come by. Nothing would worth five hundred thousand dollars if I don't." she told Victoria. 

" Oh alright then" Victoria responded and continued what she was doing. 

" I'd like a ice tea please" A customer ordered. 

"Alright, then that would be *$ thank you" Stephanie took the order. 

............. 

" I really need that new assistant, how long for the search?" Raphael asked Spencer. 

" Don't worry about it, I got it covered." Spencer said. 

" Really? Who?" Raphael asked. 

"My junior sister" Spencer replied. 

" oh okay then she's hired, no need for all those formalities, no time. If you this good she must be too." Raphael said. 

"I'll be sure to tell her." Spencer winks. 

" Don't ever try that again" Raphael said with a straight but playful face. 

" winking?" Spencer asked. 

" Yes pls" Raphael answers. 

" Well no!" Spencer said laughing winking at Raphael four more times before leaving his office. 

You can't ever unsee that.
