Visiting Yolanda

Evening came,Mira drove to Vera's house go pick her up so that they could visit Yolanda in the hospital. She packed her car and went straight to Vera's house only to find it locked.

Mira knocked but nobody was opening the door so she resulted to calling Vera directly.

Vera who was still in bed heard the door being knocked but she wasn't in the mood to see anybody. When she just turned to ignore the loud knocking,her phone rung. She picked it up and upon seeing the Caller ID,she shot up in bed and rushed downstairs to open the door. Their earlier plan of visiting the hospital had slipped out of her mind.

She had spent the whole day sulking in bed. She felt exhausted from all the crying and thinking.

Vera straightened her crumbled clothes and brushed back her hair with her fingers that resembled a bird's nest. She couldn't allow Mira to see her like this. She was sure that her friend would nag her to tell what was wrong and she didn't think she was ready to share what Happened last nigh
