Food poisoning

Olivia was in the kitchen, gulping one glass of water after the other. Nothing felt right, or maybe she was just exaggerating things.

With each slam of the glass on the kitchen counter. Olivia felt her throat getting drier. It happened a day ago and now things are getting worse.

The man who said so much to her was ignoring her. He was too busy for her. The only woman he saw was Hannah. The sick girl who was attacked and badly hurt.

“What's up girly?'' The kitchen door opened and Gabby walked in. Ira came in too. Olivia didn't look at them.

“So others drink liquor when frustrated,” Gabby said with a chuckle and pulled out a chair and sat down

“Not water… so I'm thinking,” Ira too chimed in and both laughed as if everything was funny.

“So what's wrong baby doll… you've been like this for two days,” Gabby said and took a plate of food given by Ira. It was interesting how everyone knew of everything going on in other people's lives.

“And what do you think?”Olivia said sarcastically
