Chapter 43 Alpha Grayson's pov 

Mabel arrived back with my son talking excitedly about some Lexi person and I glared at the old woman awaiting her to inform me how my stubborn mate was fairing. She wasn't saying anything as I glared impatiently at her. She continued to avoid me as Fillan ran up to me and announced that he now has a girlfriend. I raised my brow and asked him who she was.

"Lexi!" He shouted and raced around the living room. I rubbed my eyes and asked Mabel what on earth the boy was going on about.

"She is a young girl Luna has taken under her wing…she's a hybrid," Mabel said softly and my jaw clenched.

"Where did this hybrid child come from?" I inquired and Mabel threw her hands up into the air in frustration.

"Excuse me Alpha but I suggest that you take yourself to your mate and work your differences out. This back-and-forth nonsense is bullshit and needs to stop. You both love each other so admit it and get your shit together," she growled roughly and stomped out of the room.

"I've never admitted to
