Chapter 3

"Mukhang wala ka sa mood." I looked at Kaius who's currently driving. I shook my head and tried to giggle, making him believe that I'm not.

"Yeah, you're so concerned naman about me!" I exclaimed with wide smile but he just glared at me. Napairap ako dahil sa reaksyon niya.

"God, why am I doing this again?" He's crazy, isn't he? Kinakausap ang sarili, my god. Well, he's still handsome and hot so I'm fine with him being crazy.

"I don't know, maybe because of the prize that comes with this," I answered eventhough I know that he's talking to himself. 

"Stop talking, nakakairita ang boses mo." I laughed out loud because of what he said then I never talked again. Nakakainsulto kaya ang sinabi niya, pasalamat siya at hindi ko siya binara.

Buong biyahe patungong mall ay tahimik ako. The only sound that we could hear was the gush of wind from the open windows of his car and the loud music stereo that was playing as he drove. Minutes after, we finally came.

"Do you know that this is my first shopping this week? I usually go shopping three times a week," sabi ko sa kaniya. He looked so bored making me roll my eyes. If he's bored that means he's boring.

"I don't know and I don't want to know. Anong gusto mong gawin?" I smiled at his question, got his hand and pulled him to the entrance, nahiwalay pa kami dahil iba ang lalaki sa babae but we eventually walked side by side when we entered.

"Well, can we eat first? Nagutom ako eh," I said. I held my tummy because of the hunger I'm feeling.

"We just ate breakfast, gutom ka na agad." Hinawakan niya ang kamay ko at hinila ako. Susunod din naman pala, ang dami pang satsat. Be thankful that he's handsome or else baka iniwan ko na siya. "What do you want to eat?"

"Uhm, anything," I smiled. Iinisin ko lang siya ng konti. I know I said anything but I'm actually craving for some steak. 

"Are you fine with pizza?" I shook my head when he asked. I bit the insides of my cheeks, trying to stop myself from smiling. 

"I don't want that right now." I followed him dahil na rin hawak-hawak niya ang braso ko. He stopped and he looked at me.

"Pero sabi mo anything?" He looked confused and he looked cute. Nakakunot ang noo niya at para bang nalilito siya. "How about burgers? Do you want that?"

"No, I don't want that also," I said cutely. This time, I was trying to pout to stop myself from giggling.

"Eh anong gusto mo, kung gano'n?" He looked really really confused, dahilan para hindi ko na mapigilan ang mga ngiti ko.

"I said anything, Kai." Hinawakan ko ang braso niya para makapagsimula ulit kami sa paglalakad. He shook his head when he saw that we're near a stake house.

"Steak naman pala ang gusto, may pa anything pang nalalaman," he whispered to himself. I just smiled widely when we entered the steak house and started ordering. That's how our day started.

"Let's go buy things!" I excitedly said when we finished eating while he was busy on his phone. Madali akong tumayo at hinila siya, not minding his business.

"Let's do it fast," he sighed. Nanlaki ang mga mata ko sa sinabi niya. Do what fast? I looked at him and gave him an amused smile and an accusing look.

"What? Fast? What will we do?" He looked at me with his usual serious face. He shook his head as he exhaled.

"Buying your things. Don't be such green-minded, miss." He walked with my pace while I still held his arm. Well, it's not my fault he's giving me reasons to think that way.

"Should I say sorry? Anyways, we're not just buying my things. We're also buying your things!" I said excitedly. We walked until we reached the nearest designer store. 

"Bilisan mo," he said seriously. Napatingin ako sa kaniya nang mapansin na balak niyang maghintay sa labas then I pulled him inside together with me. "What?"

"I told you we'll also buy your things," I smiled. I saw lots of new things, bags, perfumes and clothes na wala pa sa 'kin then I decided to buy the new things that I loved.

"Ang dami mong binibili," he remarked. I looked at him and shrugged my shoulder. I only bought like four clothes, three bags and three perfumes, is that too many ba?

"We still have a long way to go, unang store pa nga lang 'to eh." I said and walked to the men's section, trying to find a good piece of cloth for him.

"I don't like buying things, miss." He walked to me while I was busy eyeing the clothes, trying to find one that he'll love.

"Oh, stop calling me miss. Besides, inaano mo ba 'yang pera mo kung hindi mo pinagbibili? You have billions, you should enjoy and spend it," pangaral ko sa kaniya. He was just on his phone while I was busy buying the clothes for him.

"Are you done?" When he saw that I was already paying for the things that I bought, he walked outside the store. Oh well, we still have to go to other stores, I'm trying to find a new dress.

"Hey, let's go there. I think there's lots of new items." Hinila ko siyang muli papasok sa isang sikat na designer store. He did nothing but followed me all day, buying the things I like.

"Are we done now?" It was near two in the afternoon when we decided to put the items we bought in the back of his car. When I faced him, he looked seriously a little mad but I didn't care.

"I want to eat again, can we go back inside?" We didn't eat lunch so I got hungry. He looked at his phone and then on me.

"What do you want?" He walked towards the entrance from the parking lot and I followed him immediately. 

"Well, anything?" I smiled widely. Iinisin ko na sana siya but when I heard his serious voice, my playful smile faded.

"If you're going to say amything then say no to every suggestion I have, then better eat alone. Ayaw kong pinaglalaruan."
