Chapter 706 Discharge

Liam left the hospital the same day Amelia was discharged.

Back at Riverbay Residence, May helped Amelia up the stairs with teary eyes. She couldn't help but worry despite Amelia's assurances that she was fine.

"Having a miscarriage is like going through postpartum recovery. You have to be careful. Did you catch a cold on the way back?" May asked.

"No, don't worry. I took good care of myself. No lingering health problems at all," Amelia replied.

On the way back, Gio had driven the car while Liam sat in the back with Amelia.
