I have had to take a step back from writing and focus on my mental health and the new health issues that have arisen. My PTSD has been terrible lately, so I have been dealing with this and having more appointments with my psychologist. My job has also been trying to push me back to work, which hasn't been helping me either. I have appointments with a return to work specialist coming up even though my doctor has said I won't be returning to work anytime soon. They don't care about that.
