The news was buzzing. He was able to keep from getting caught the last time Raze had fed but Ford didn't want to keep doing this. He knew Dallas was getting suspicious. He seemed suspicious himself.

But the alpha's actions spoke differently and the omega noticed it almost immediately, so much so that he felt stupid when he assumed Dallas had been threatening him.

Time kept passing and everyday the alpha would do something that surprised the smaller, yet his face would be blank and his tone brazen. He held Ford close in the hallways at school, grabbed his ass in public and made dirty jokes about him to his friends right in front of him, yet none of them seemed surprised.

And why was that? Ford’s mind flickered to the time when Dallas said, "No one touches what's mine." or something like that.

This feeling.. this...was this what his mom had told him mate's were supposed to feel like?
